+ -1 moreDavid Thurston came promptly and got right to work on my computer. Within an hour, he had fixed the problem (which was that the computer wouldn't boot) and also optimized it to make it run faster. I was absolutely thrilled with the results and the price and would recommend Dave to anybody!
