Founded by Eric Malmberg almost 10 years ago, we have grown and flourished from one office location in Lakeville, MN, to six offices across the Twin Cities area. Throughout the years, RE/MAX Advantage Plus has remained one of Minnesota’s revered real estate firms, largely because of our commitment to redefining personal service. We firmly believe that our service has evolved by engaging only the most area-proficient sales associates for each of our offices, providing continuous business skills and technology training along with innovative tools and resources. Our growing team of over 300 sales associates are well equipped to navigate any market condition and service their clients and customers towards successful results. At RE/MAX Advantage Plus we strive to assist our sales associates in providing an integrated home buying and/or selling experience for their clients. We offer a full suite of services through our in-house title and mortgage affiliations, ensuring reputable support and smooth transactions. Our owner, Eric Malmberg, is a firm believer in the use of any and all available technology. In light of this, we have adopted a unique and secure “Lead Pipeline” system which provides our agents with an organized system for recording and keeping track of their potential buyers. Additionally, RE/MAX Design Center offers a marketing program available to all of our sales associates free of charge, to assist you in the successful marketing of your business and your listings. To help you grow your business, RE/MAX offers training 24 hours a day, whether it is a designation of a self help tutorial. Real estate broker Steve Howe worked with us for over a year to find a home. Nothing seemed just right. He was patient and even worked with us when we were considering a new build.
