Description of Work: My project was to completely reconfigure our 2 bathrooms. This involved moving all the plumbing fixtures in both baths. R&D came in and completed the job in 3.5 days which allowed me to stay on schedule with my other contractors. Robb is punctual, good natured, detail oriented and hard working. I will definitely call him for my future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Provider is local and very prompt. Cost was average for service. I needed help to install a new handheld shower. During the installation the plumber tightened the socket to much and broke it. He did not offer to pay for the replacement I had to purchase. I had to schedule a second appointment for him to install the new fixture. Then I had to pay another $110 for that trip in addition to the original $110 for the first install. I would not use this vendor again.

Description of Work: He came even earlier than expected. Was very friendly. Replaced the old, poorly working faucet in the laundry room and added 3 new aerators to our bathroom faucets. Was very helpful and professional. We would highly recommend him to others needing plumbing work. We also felt his price was very reasonable.

+ -1 moreI was gutting my master bath and needed the old tub drain moved, an additional vanity roughed in and a new shower faucet roughed in. Rob was refereed to me by a friend so I called and we set date and time to look at job and give me a bid. He showed up on time, gave me the estimate and told me he could start the following Wednesday. He started on time, did the work that day, cleaned up, and his bill was the same as the estimate. I worked in the remodeling industry for 30 years and have dealt with the frustrations of trades people not showing up, doing poor work, and billing for more that original estimates. That did not happen with R & D Plumbing. Rob was very professional and was on time. I could not be happier.

His prices are fair, he arrives at the time we schedule, jobs are completed on time, on budget and we have been very happy with the quality of his work. Rob has also been available if we have follow up questions. Because of his professionalism, quality and price no longer call for other plumbing quotes. We just call Rob for all of our plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time did a professional job and hauled away the old water heater. We were in a bind as the hot water heater went out on Saturday. He came promptly on Monday morning and the work was done within a couple of hours. The price was exactly what he quoted. Did a great job.
