On time, immediate price quote and was very reasonable. Gave me a discount because my neighbor and I did ours together.

Timely arrival of the crew. They introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. They further explained the process as they proceeded with their process. The raising was to the expected level. No cracking of the existing concrete occurred. The plugging of the drilled holes matched the existing concrete quite well. The caulking was smoothed and professionally completed. If I could offer any opportunity for improvement, it would have been with a confirmation call a few days prior to the agreed-upon date of service.

The company arrived exactly on time. The service was performed excellently and the yard was left in clean order. This service adds years to the life of the driveway.

Randy and Phil were responsive during the entire process from estimating and answering questions to scheduling and doing the work. The crew was professional and quick and took the time to answer all my questions. Work was done very well. Would highly recommend.

I thought it went very well. The neighbors thought so too. They are thinking of having it done next year. I feel they could of done a better job on the clean up.

Showed up to provide a bid right on time and I received the estimate on the spot. the jacking was completed on a different day than the garage apron but both were done as scheduled. The crew was helpful and professional.

I reached out to five companies. Metro Concrete Raising Inc is the only company that actually came to my garage. The others asked for photos to be emailed. He came out in a timely manner, walked around, talked about slope, looked around the outside of the structure, asked me what my hopes were for the project, gave me a reasonable quote, scheduled the work quickly, and did exactly what he said they would do to repair my garage floor all in a respectful manner.

The men were kind and courteous. They moved my flowers and then when the job was over they replaced everything and then cleaned up their mess. They were kind and pleasant. Thank you so much.

We hired Metro Concrete Raising to replace section of sinking driveway and section of front walk. They promptly showed up for an estimate and scheduled the work. As it turned out they were available before the scheduled date, called and we got the work done even earlier than anticipated. Great work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

It wasn’t successful, but they worked with what they were able to work with. They helped alleviate the problem some, but they did as much as they could, and worked really hard to find another way to correct it. I was really happy with the work that was done. Not only did they try, but they also had further suggestions. They didn’t leave me hanging.

The 2 employees did a great job and cleaned up the area very well when they were finished.

Wow! A+ company! Due to all the rain this spring, our project was delayed a bit, but owner of company called us and let us know when crew would arrive. Neighbors were very impressed as crew came in with efficiency, cordial, and went right to work. The process went very smoothly and clean up was spotless.

These guys know what they are doing. They arrived and immediately went to work remedying the situation.

This was a top notch experience from beginning to end. We called and left a message that they returned a few hours later. They were on time to provide a proposal that we accepted by phone the next day.. They arrived to do the work on time. They had to coordinate their efforts with a siding contractor who removed some of the siding so the work could be done. This went well and they completed the work and cleaned up very professionally.

Called for an estimate, Metro came out about 2 days after my call, left an estimate in the door since I was not at home at the time. The estimate was $90 less than the other estimate. I called and told them to go ahead and put me on their schedule. Two weeks latter they called on the weekend to tell me I was scheduled for Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon they called again to confirm they would be at my home late morning. And the they would need access to outdoor water source and power. The two man team arrived at 11 A.M. and were friendly, professional and worked for about 2 hours. The job was done correctly and they cleaned up after. The whole procedure from start to finish was pretty painless for me and I would use them again.

It was less than 24 hours from when I asked them for a quote to the finished job. They were on time, rolled with a couple of unexpected situations ,and cleaned up well. Will and would recommend to everyone!

Job was well done, but clean-up was so-so. They failed to re-plug in the garage door, which I had to troubleshoot.

Responded quickly with an estimate and were able to do the mudjacking very quickly as well. However, had to remind them about the apron replacement, which wasn't done for a couple more weeks. They left some mud piles next to the sidewalk and didn't fill in one corner of the apron that had been removed.

Metro Concrete Raising was both the lowest bid as well as the most comprehensive and thorough estimate of 4 we solicited. It did take a second inquiry to get our work scheduled, but once that happened the work was completed in under 3 hours. Our steps are level and we expect the small patches to blend in with the existing concrete over time. We chose mudjacking as a cheaper alternative to replacement and this option was perfect for our situation. We are very pleased with the work MCR did at our house! A note about cleanup; it is very messy, lots of dust and fairly noisy. The typical cleanup practice is to hose everything down, provided there is a convenient hose hook-up. If you are concerned about washing material (of any sort) into the stormsewer, I'd recommend being very specific about any modifications to this practice. They did sweep as part of cleanup, and we were able to collect a fair amount of material ourselves by sweeping more after MCR left.

We requested a quote for this job, and they left their quote in our door. We called back to schedule the job, and they came and did the work on the agreed-upon date. We were not home when the work was performed, but they did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The price was what they quoted us. They sent me an email credit card receipt. I called them later to get a copy of the invoice, and they sent it promptly. They did a nice job of leveling the walk, so it's no longer a tripping hazard, etc. My only mildly negative remark is that the circles in the walk, where they filled in the holes, were more noticeable than I was expecting. It wasn't that they did a bad job...It was just that I had never seen a sidewalk where mudjacking was done before, so I didn't really know what to expect. But not a big deal, as the sidewalk really needed leveling, and we could not afford to replace it right now. It was a good solution for the money.

Overall it was a good experience from start to finish.
