Randy Feilen came out to give me a bid on mud-jacking a garage floor I felt had a cavity under it. He gave me his opinion that I didn't have a problem, and told me the warning signs to expect if I eventually did. I appreciated his honesty.

Excellent. Estimator and workers were punctual and very helpful working around our work schedules.

We phoned the company to give us an estimate to fill a void underneath our front step. Phil came by within a day after receiving our message. He was very congenial and personable and listened to what our objective was. He looked at our property and after assessing the needs, made recommendations that excluded the services of his company. He suggested that we try to correct the situation more conservatively at this time through corrective landscaping and if that does not solve the problem, then we can call the company again and employ their services. I was extremely impressed with his honesty, knowledge, and ultimately, his suggestions. If we do require this type of work in the future, I would definitely call Metro Concrete to return and do the work.

Called Metro May 23, 2006 estimate provided May 24. Sent in acceptance on July 14, work completed August 4. Metro was lowest of three bids (all on Angie's List) and provided 3 year guarantee. Bids ranged from $300 to $375 with guarantees ranging from 2 to 3 years. Metro called the day before to schedule work (before noon). Two person crew arrived at 10:15 AM, worked efficiently. Good looking equipment. One of the crew (Metro's general manager) has been on the job 11 years.

They arrived per the scheduled day and completed the work per their estimate. I was worried that the work would not meet some step rise/height numbers per city code. However, the owner inspected the work, confirmed that the work returned the steps to the original height, and assured me that the job would pass the inspection. It passed just fine. This is a great company. They did very good work at a very fair price.

They were very responsive and did good quality work. We were able to meet a tight time schedule. They had reasonable prices.

The estimator was very friendly on the phone, the work was completed on time and for a very reasonable price compared to other companies. I have been very satisfied with the work and it seems to be holding up nicely.

Did the estimate about a month ago. Called me last week and offered a 25.00 discount to schedule this week. They arrived on time, assessed the situation and went right to work. The 2 guys were real polite and asked if the sidewalk was to my satisfaction. I asked them to try and raise it a little more which they happily did. Everything was cleaned up nice. The holes they drilled to pump the slurry in are about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. CONCRETE LOOKS GREAT WITH ONLY 2 POP CAN SIZE ROUND MARKS ON EACH SLAB WHERE COMPOUND PUMPED IN. I WOULD ASK THEM TO CLEAN UP EDGES WHERE THE COMPOUND COMES OUT IF IT WON'T BE COVERED BY DIRT OR MULCH. I WOULD USE AGAIN. GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO RIPPING UP AND REPOURING CONCRETE. OUT QUICK FOR QUOTE AND WORK.

ESTIMATE AND WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY BUSY. I'M NOT SURE IF IT WAS BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE WANT THEIR WORK DONE BEFORE IT GETS TOO COLD, OR IF IT WAS DUE TO THE TORNADO AND STORMS THAT WENT THROUGH THIS AREA. RANDY DID GET OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE WITHIN A DAY OR TWO OF MY CALLING THEM. I HIRED THEM ON THE SPOT, AND SIGNED THE CONTRACT WHILE HE WAS THERE. I HAD TO CALL THEM THOUGH TO GET ON THE SCHEDULE. IT WAS ABOUT 3 WKS TIME BETWEEN THE ESTIMATE AND WHEN THE WORK COULD BE DONE. THE TWO WORKMEN THAT CAME OUT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD. THE TWO COMPLAINTS I HAVE WAS HAVING TO DIG THE CONCRETE THAT WAS LEFT IN 2 OF MY FLOWER BEDS OUT, AND THE CONCRETE SPRAY THAT WAS LEFT ON THE SOME OF THE CEDAR FRONT OF THE HOUSE. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY WERE GREAT. I SHOULD ALSO MENTION THAT THEY GAVE A LOWER PRICE THAN THE COMPETITION IF I HAD ALL THE WORK DONE. THEY RAN $100 - $150 LESS THAN THE OTHERS I HAD ESTIMATES FROM. OVERALL A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH. THE SCHEDULER WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AN ESTIMATOR CAME TO OUR HOUSE THE NEXT DAY, AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED THE DAY AFTER. WE HAD A TILTING SIDEWALK WAS CAUSING SOME FOUNDATION PROBLEMS IN OUR GARAGE. SINCE WE ARE TRYING TO SELL OUR HOME, THIS HAS BECOME A BARRIER IN THE SALES PROCESS. WE NEEDED IT FIXED FAST AND WE WERE RACING AGAINST THE CLOCK TRYING TO FIX IT BEFORE WINTER. METRO SQUEEZED OUR PROJECT IN BETWEEN JOBS AND WE COULDN'T BE MORE THANKFUL. THE WORKERS WERE ON-TIME, EFFICIENT, RESPONSIBLE AND CLEANUP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEIR PRICE WAS $50 BELOW THEIR COMPETITORS, AND OVER $100 LESS THAN CONCRETE REPLACEMENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
