+ -1 moreI called to arrange an appointment. The receptionist who answered the phone transferred me to their ''residential scheduler'' and all I got was his voicemail. I left a message for him to call back. I called back the next day and still got his voicemail, but didn't bother leaving a message that time. It has since been 1 full week and I have yet to hear back from him. I have since had another company (see my other review) come and do the work and they were very prompt, courteous and did great work.
Description of Work: Wanted a new receptacle installed in my garage.

+ -1 morePHONE RECEPTIONIST, SERVICE MANAGER & THE ELECTRICIAN WERE POLITE, PLEASANT, AND RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RESPONSE, HAD SOMEONE HERE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. MIKE DIAGNOSED & SOLVED A BASIC PROBLEM QUICKLY AND EXPLAINED SOLUTION.
Description of Work: "EMERGENCY" GARAGE DOOR DIDN'T OPEN. TURNED OUT TO BE WIRED TO 2 BATHROOM GFI OUTLETS. ELECTRICIAN REPLACED THE 2 GFI SWITCHES SO GARAGE IS NO LONGER CONNECTED TO THEM & THEY OPERATE SEPARATELY.
