Dennis and his crew did a fantastic job in building a beautiful screened porch. They were very professional and did work of the highest possible quality, exceeding my expectations! This is by far my new favorite part of my home!!

I highly recommend Krogstad construction! Dennis and team are great to work with! This is just the latest job he has done for us. He also finished our basement and has done several other jobs for us.

The roofing crew showed up on time, replaced the shingles over the course of two days, and then cleaned up. There was a small amount of debris left on the driveway, but after noting it to Krogstad, someone came back out and cleaned it up.

His work was done in the dead of winter. The quality of work was truely exceptional. He was open to extensive communications and that helped lead to complete satisfaction on our part. He served as the general contractor and used some subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and drywall but he and his brother also put in many hours. He is a true craftsman who makes sure the job is done right, on time and at a fair price. The color match on the replacement doors was perfect. We also had Dennis renovate our deck and it is a work of art. A neighbor saw it and immediately contracted with Dennis to do their deck.

I have had a lot of contracted work done here at my home over the years, but I have to say the work performed by Krogstad Construction and the company they subcontracted was exceptional. Dennis Krogstad and I first went over the parameters of the work to be done with Dennis suggesting several practical and attractive changes that could be made when rebuilding the existing decks. He then recommended what turned out to be an equally good hardscapes subcontractor to construct the patio area. I imposed some hard time constraints to get the jobs completed due to guests coming to visit. Dennis and the sub were both able to push some other jobs around in order to accommodate a close completion date... and it was all completed two days early. Everything seemed to happen like clockwork and on time... punctual crews and deliveries... long hours in order to meet the deadline. The actual wok progressed much quicker than I had expected... a testament I think to Krogstad's work ethic and knowledge of how things were to be done. Another imposition on the crews was my desire to not tear up my grass and gardens. This ruled out using Bobcats, etc. to move the lumber, fill, pavers, etc... it was all done manually with many sheets of plywood on top of the grass to protect from wheelbarrows. I was particularly impressed with the workmanship of Krogstad and the subcontractor - mitered corners, etc.. When the deck portion was completed all the non-composite railings and facings were completely sanded down. The bulding inspector (they are all known to nit-pick) couldn't find anything to even mention. And I understand he later recommended Krogstad to an associate or relative for a project that they were considering.All in all - very pleasant people to work with... trustworthy, dependable, and true craftsmen. I would certainly use them again.

they came when they said they would and did a wonderful job. we love how it looks and would have them again if we needed anything else done.
