We started working with Kris in August 2013. Kris showed us a good range of homes and really listened to our wants and needs. Looking at homes with Kris was like hanging out with a friend. She was never pushy. We put an offer on a short sale home in September. We had to wait until December to find out the bank approved our offer. Between September and December Kris followed up with the other Realtor and kept in contact with us. She went above and beyond every step of the way. For example, she she contacted vendors to get quotes on a couple repairs the inspector recommended. Kris always responded to our emails quickly and thoroughly. We recommended Kris to a couple of friends already and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the twin cities. We wouldn't even think of working with another Realtor in the future. Kris is a genuine person who cares about her clients.
