The Gray Duct crew was very professional, explained everything well, and most importantly the results were great! Also, communication was great by phone or email before and after the service. I highly recommend Gray Duct!

Jason and his partner were prompt, courteous, and sent a detailed description of the job prior to arriving. All registers and returns were sealed and then using negative pressure technology were well cleaned. My duct supply and return lines had not been cleaned for almost a decade. The before and after pictures were astonishing. This is not a quick shop vac kind of job! They worked for over 4 hours.

Jason and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond! For the price and customer service I will be hiring them again as well as referring them to anyone I know needing these services!

Jason and his team were knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly. They even brought their own space heaters, as they had to turn my furnace off. A few days after they left, I had someone come to work on my furnace and they were impressed with how clean my ducts were!! I highly recommend!!
