Description of Work: They were the second lowest-priced estimate, and I selected them because they had more recent reports. They did the work as estimated, cleaned up after themselves, and were prompt and on budget. They raised the back patio so that it now slopes away from the house. Perfect!

QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT, WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HOW IT TURNED OUT. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK COMPLETED. IT DID TAKE OVER 2 WEEKS FROM THE TIME OF THE CALL TO WHEN THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED, BUT THE PROJECT TURNED OUT JUST AS WE HAD HOPED IT WOULD. PRICE WAS MORE REASONABLE THAN A COMPETITOR'S QUOTE FOR THE SAME WORK.

LARRY FORD CAME OUT TO GIVE ESTIMATE, AND THEN CAME AGAIN FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION ABOUT THE JOB. HE WAS THOROUGH & POLITE. HIS PROJECT FOREMAN, GREG, TOOK OVER FROM THERE & DID THE WORK. 3 YEAR WARRANTY IF WORK DIPS. I HAD SOME WATER IN MY BASEMENT SO I CALLED THEM TO COME LOOK AT IT. THEY ENDED UP CRACKING A SECTION WHICH I KNOW IS A RISK. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY DO OFFER A WARRANTY AND THIS SPRING THERE WAS A SECTION THAT HAD SUNK AGAIN. THEY CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT IT AND SAID THERE WASN'T ANYTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT. THE WARRANTY IS FOR 3 YEARS.

Very rarely a section can crack, due to the section being poured too thin in the first place, which was the case here. We did not charge them for that section, which is our standard procedure if and when a slab cracks and is not able to be raised. We always honor our warranty, no questions asked, unless the slab can not be raised, or there is a chance of further damage, but if it was raised the first time, we don't have a problem repumping it later on. As you can see by all the other reports that are all A's, we do quality work, and we stand behind it also.
