over 4 hour period slowly raised all slabs to perfect level and height and then caulked the seams. cleanup was great. highly recommend and very reasonable pricing when compared to sandjacking and replacing concrete. 3 year warranty

The two workers did a fine job. They worked neat and fast. And they did a superb job of cleanup.

Despite a downpour, the two young men completed the task in a timely and professional manner. Their bid was the lowest of 3 and they also responded the fastest.

Cement Raising was quick to get an estimate done for the work needed. Once I decided to have the work done it took a couple weeks to fit me in. I'm guessing the weather we had in May made their schedule tricky. They notified me on a Friday that they would be coming Saturday morning. They guys showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. The process is fascinating to watch and quick to do. They only took 45 minutes to complete all the work and clean up. I stayed outside to watch and they were kind enough to explain the process and how they were approaching this particular job. The job turned out great.

Cement Raising's quality was very good. They do a good job from calling to inquire to getting someone out to give you an estimate. They do not do a lot of face to face interaction but I enjoyed that because I work.

They were here about 6 or so hours. We had all the prep work done as removing base boards and a carpet in one room. The other room the carpet was pulled back on the area that needed to be mudjacked. All the furniture that needed to be moved was done by us and I am not sure if they would do that if necessary. Still think they did a good job.

It was very good. They were fast and did an excellent job. They cleaned up and everything. They were very prompt in giving me a quote. They called me back when I had questions. They have very competitive pricing and do excellent work.

Cement Raising did a good job. The bidding process went well - they won over a competitor based on the detailed bid even though their bid was slightly higher. Greg said it would be 1.5 to 2 weeks from me accepting the bid until the day the work was done - it was scheduled 2 weeks and 2 days later. The two workers answered all my questions, performed everything described in the bid, and left a clean work site. I recommend Cement Raising.

I called for an estimate, Greg came the next day and described in detail what he would do and why. He left a written bid for the work. I actually didn't act on it for more than the 30 days it was good for, but he honored the bid anyway. I called to schedule the work and faxed in the signed bid, and was told I would get a call the day before they would be in my area. About 10 days to 2 weeks later I called back to verify that they got the fax, and that evening I got the call that they would be doing the work the next morning. They showed up and were very quick and completed the job. I actually never even spoke to them, they were here, done and gone. The only thing they could have improved would be that they left the gate on the side of the house open (they went to the back yard to use the water spigot).

I got an estimate within a day of calling. They had to reschedule once because of rain, but showed up exactly when they said they would. They apparently had to put more material under the porch than they orignally estimated, but they kept to the estimate. All joints were caulked and everything looks great. I'm very happy with the work.

I called on Fri afternoon 17Aug and left a message requesting an estimate. I expected to have a call returned the following Mon but to my surprise I received a call on Sat. Greg came out on the following Mon to give an estimate which I though was very reasonable for raising 4 sections of concrete and caulking. The job was finished 7 days after my initial call despite several rain delays and the workers arrived when they said they would. They did an excellent job, cleaned up the area and now the patio looks as good as new.

Everything was great. They gave us a free estimate and I didn't have to be there when they did the work, they just left an invoice. The finished product looks great and there is very little evidence that anything was done.

Great experience. Since this was a small concrete job nobody wanted to do and all estimates that I got for concrete work were $400 plus. One of the concrete guys told me to check out mudjacking if my sidewalk was in good shape. It turned out to be the best advice. Asked for an estimate online and it was done in a timely manner. When we decided to do it we got in on a cancellation so we didn't even wait a full day. Fun to watch how it is done. Great to be able to walk on it right away and the 3 year warranty is reassuring. Would definitely use them again! In fact, have already recommended them.

The representative from Cement Raising came out to my home and was punctual and professional. All of the work and the guarantee was explained to me. The bid seemed very reasonable as well. In the end, I chose to replace the steps and sidewalk all together and therefore did not hire Cement Raising.

Extremely well. No problems and the front and back yard concrete is as good as new. Would use Greg and crew again.

The project did not take very long- only about 15-20 minutes. They did a good job.

Greg came out and gave me a quote. There was a miscommunication of what I wanted done. (He didn't understand that I wanted void under step filled) Quote was based upon raising sections of concrete and caulking only. When work crew (2 guys) got here, I got the void fill for an extra $150 over and above the quote for the job. I was told that Greg would have priced it much higher ($250 give or take) had he initially quoted it. There's no way to verify what *might* have been quoted. That being said, the work was great. They were here on time. They were careful around my perennial garden, and they cleaned up well. I'm very happy with the finished product.

Very well. The estimate was very clear and the advice of the estimator was valuable. The work was completed promptly. When done they called my attention to something with which I might not have been pleased but it had already been carefully explained by estimator.

Greg came to my home to provide quote the same day we contacted him. The work was completed in less than one week. They did a nice job and left the work area tidy.

THE ESTIMATES WERE WITHIN $20 OF OTHER COMPANIES. THEY CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE COMING, WERE DONE BEFORE WE GOT HOME, AND LEFT NO MESS. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS AGREED IN WRITING.
