deck cleaning
+ -1 moreMarshall came out to our home to give us an estimate for some work we wanted done on our deck. He was very pleasant, had some great ideas, measured the area to provide an estimate which he never did. No phone call, no email, no letter giving us a reason as to not getting back to us. Maybe the job wasn’t big enough for him, if that was the case why not say it right up front. We would understand. To be ghosted is just not right! We’ve waited over 6 weeks and nothing, no communication, etc. I would certainly never call on this company again, it’s not a way to run a business! Always easy to talk the talk but would have liked to see the product and service match it.
