The response time was impressive. Not one hour passed before I heard from Kevin, the owner. I am a single mechanically dysfunctional woman who rely's on people like Scott who was able to come out the next day, he took care of the light fixture I wanted fixed, and took the time to also fix one of my fixtures that was flickering (which wasn't an original request). He was friendly, professional & efficient. I'd hire them again in a second and recommend them to anyone!

Scott was quick and professional in installation of my light fixture. He arrived about 30 minutes after dispatch told me he would but knowing the area Rapid services I was OK with that. Otherwise everything was great. I would hire Rapid again.

The electricians arrived on time, worked hard and were successful with all four of the items I needed done. I thought the price was fair. These were not simple, homeowner DIY items, each took professional knowledge and skill. Both guys were very personable and I'd recommend Rapid Electric to friends who need a good electrician.
