+ -1 moreThe design process was very cooperative. The builder was able design the project and incorporate the owners desired elements. The construction work craftsmanship was excellent and the materials used were top notch. The porch is cedar construction and incorporates large screens, a ceiling fan, lighting and an open deck attached to the house. The project was completed within a reasonable time frame and the job site was left clean.We couldn't be more pleased with the entire project and would recommend this building without hesitation.
Description of Work: Design a deck replacement/porch addition project.Draw up plans.Obtain building permit.Removal and disposal of old deck.Installation of footings, supports, decking, screen enclosure, roof, electrical, wood finishes.Clean the job site.
