First, the good news: the quality of their work is excellent. My lawn and garden look great. Unfortunately their customer service was a big headache. The estimate which the gardener gave me had a math error in it and so the price on the contract was much higher than they told me in the estimate, which was an unpleasant surprise and wasted too much of my time tracking down the error. Then there was another mistake in their accounting later which I had to have them fix. They were hard to get ahold of and took a long time to return calls. Once the gardener came out and weeded and didn't tell me she had done it or even leave a note, so I kept calling her trying to schedule a weeding she had already done. They sent some bills to the wrong place instead of to me even though I was the one that had signed the contract. They close down completely over the winter so that you can't reach their business at all until spring, and their message machine isn't even updated to inform you of this. For the price they charge (which is on the high end for lawn and garden care) I expect them to have personnel to take care of business-- I don't want to have to keep checking the math of contractors every time, and I ought to be able to reach a receptionist when I need to. But like I said, they did do a very good job on the garden. So maybe it would be worth the hassle if you are doing a big landscaping job which you were going to double check everything anyway. I don't recommend them for routine lawn and garden maintenance. I'm not sorry I hired them last year, but I am going to look elsewhere next year.

This was a multiple phase project working around pool construction, siding of the home and a potential addition to the home. The landscaper divided up the project and costs into the phases, worked extremely well with the different pool, siding and construction contractors and was attentive and timely. Any concerns were immediately addressed. Plantings that didn't survive the winter were replaced. Excellent professionalism and service both by the designer (who is now with another company) and the project manager (still with Wyngate). Willing to work within a budget.

It was an outstanding from the beginning. He also worked with our neighbors and did great. They were very professional, efficient, fair, and they had a clear time line. They gave us a clear estimate up front with no hidden costs. The work done was excellent.
