They diagnosed the problem and dealt with it. Only concern was that they were diverted by attractive females entering the store.

My iPhone 5s was not charging most of the time. I had tried different connection cables but it would only seem to connect and charge sporadically. I stopped by World of Wireless having seen their sign above the shop saying "iPhone Repair." I wasn't sure since it is just a little shop that didn't look all new and neat. But I like shopping small and local so in I went. The staff greeted me quickly and was friendly. He listened closely to my problem. Then he took my phone to the back room to have a technician "take a look." Five minutes later he returned with my phone, plugged it in to show me that it now worked fine. He said there had been some debris in the "charging port" that was cleaned out so it worked perfectly. "Great" I said. "What do I owe you?" His reply was "nothing." How often do you get free service anywhere these days? I expected a fee. I was fearing a need to tear the phone apart to replace something. They could have done that and what would I have known. I will use this shop again if I ever need their service.
