We had a great experience from the initial estimate/consultation through installation. They communicated with us throughout the project. The installation was done in a day and left the area as clean as when they arrived. We are planning on using them again for a future bathroom project and door replacement.

The crew was here when they said they would be, they were nice, cleaned up after themselves . I LOVE my new windows!

They were amazing!! By our request, they wore masks the entire time they were in our home!!At the end of each work day, everything was picked up and put away. The job was completed in the time quoted to us!!

I am very happy with the new tub unit installed by Window Concepts! I was constrained to a standard tub footprint, but Window Concepts has a wonderful deep soaker that fits standard length. The tub-to-ceiling wall panels, and matching built-in shelves, give my bath/shower a very luxurious and spacious feel. I love the height of the faucet knob - I don't have to lean down to control the water. My installer arrived each day at the agreed upon time, was VERY respectful of my home with drop cloths from entry door to the installation site and did a very nice job with the installation. I did have to do dust clean-up myself: surfaces as well as walls and into the adjoining bedroom, so be prepared for that (remove anything that you don't want to clean!), but otherwise it was all perfect. Window Concepts was able to make my small bathroom have a luxury retreat feel that I am enjoying every day!

We have literally never had a worse experience. We paid our down payment for our bathroom on March 9th with an estimate of 12-14 weeks. After multiple story changes and missed deadlines we were told that a plumber was coming on July 3rd to prep our bathroom and in two weeks we would have the bathroom fully installed. They specifically told me that the cement prep needed to cure for 2 weeks and then be tested to ensure it does not leak. They told us we did not need to be home. When we got home from work on July 3rd, they had installed a bathroom with jumbled communication between my husband and I and not a complete job. Not only is our bathroom not finished, after it was installed the next day our basement was flooding and it happened to be the 4th of July so we were without water for over 12 hours on a holiday weekend with houseguests. That was a week and a half ago, the owner was completely non apologetic and stated that his competitors do not have maintenance people after hours either. The story on our bathroom has changed multiple times and they are completely un sympathetic to our frustrations. I have been trying to reach the owner about when our bathroom will be finished, and how they are going to fix this and have had no communication since speaking with the owner on July 5th.

I should’ve walked away immediately when I had to call salesman to inquire when my door and windows would be getting installed and he responded by saying, “ can you send me a picture of your copy of the quote, I lost my copy “ Then, a crew of guys show up and put in a sliding glass door that opened on wrong side. They asked me to accept it and they would knock off $500. I said no and that I wanted correct door. They left wrong door installed because original door was destroyed when removed. The team of workers that did the work stood in my kitchen and told me I had to pay them but I would only give them half beings work was incomplete, it started to get awkward. They also broke my large clay pots on my deck which they said they would replace but wouldn’t do like for like. I bought new pots. They ordered a right side sliding glass door but instead of replacing entire door and window they removed window from right and put in on left side and then installed door. During this process they destroyed the vinyl frame and warped door. I couldn’t even get it to open/close without a huge battle. I tried to get them to come back and repair all the broken vinyl and make the door work but they wanted to be paid first. They finally sent a guy out with someone from window manufacturer to look at door and figure out why windows were so iced up (winter time). He had nothing but mouth and attitude with my mother who was at the house to let them in saying nothing was wrong with anything. He’s lucky I wasn’t there. They tried to turn me into collections, I called Minnesota Attorney Generals office (Lori Swanson) and explained what had all happened and I sent pictures of the terribly warped door and all the new windows that were covered in ice and they said they can’t be my attorney but will definitely send a letter to Window Concepts because one of their duties is to look out for Minnesotans. Instantly the owner of Window Concepts reached out to me and wanted to know how this could go away, I said to make things right and he said he would come out himself. He did not come out but the guy who did come out to fix the door was the only person that I didn’t get attitude from and he was able to fix the vinyl and make the door work. Now, whenever the weather changes the door might slide correctly or you might have to fight it and only the new windows they put in have thick ice on them. Every time I see their commercial on t.v. I just cringe and feel bad for not writing a review sooner to help others to not make the same mistake I did. I would NEVER recommend this company or their product to anyone.

The whole process of getting and installing the new windows was pretty smooth. The salesman gave a good demonstration of the windows. I got 4 windows- 2 for a bedroom and 2 for the living room. The day of installation, Joe installed all 4 on his own. I was very amazed on how fast, efficient, and well done job he did. Once the last window was installed, I felt immediate effects. My house became very snug and no drafts! When the inspector came out, he was very impressed especially on the outside. He said it was a job well done. Since the installment, I am still enjoying a non-drafty home! I would definitely recommend and contact the company again if I need any more windows.

My upstairs is 15 degrees warmer than its ever been!

Window Concepts installed an atrium door from my kitchen to my new deck, replacing a warped and rather outdated sliding door, which are so 1990s! This is our second project with WC of MN; they installed a front door in my custom built home in 2008, and now the atrium door in my condo. Great Amish built quality. Really great!

The crew of Window Concepts MN were very professional, polite and provided good communication during the install process. The sales staff and support staff were also provided great communication during the whole process. Never did I feel pressured to buy my window from them and they answered all of my questions. The window itself is of good quality. I would purchase more windows from them.

The start date was delayed several weeks for various reasons. The installation went well with only a couple minor glitches. Window Concepts has worked with me to fix / resolve the issues and a service tech has been here 3 times. Still waiting for a part (window lock). This is not an urgent issue as the window functions and locks but one of the locks still needs to be replaced. Window Concepts has assured me the lock will be replaced when they get the proper part. I am pleased with the windows (Thermal double pane) and the doors and feel they are good quality for the price paid. The salesman was professional, not high pressure, and has helped with all the follow up questions and concerns. I would use this company again but would suggest to anybody doing windows and siding that you either use one company for both or don't have your new windows wrapped until the old siding has been removed. It turns out to be an issue and it is difficult to place blame for the problems this causes. Both the window company and siding company said to to the windows first but I would argue that you should have them done together so that things match up.

It took a little longer than expected to get the project started, but worth the wait. Andrew did an excellent job and cleaned up the mess. I’m very happy with my new bathroom.

After some initial difficulties with a challenging project, the office manager intervened and got us scheduled with a very capable installer who did a very good job.

Dinner time...phone call from them. Putting kids to bed....phone call from them. At work in meetings...phone call from them. I have asked them to stop calling me and said I would call when ready but the calls have not stopped.

Wow! I had Windows Concept come to my home and make over my downstairs shower. They did a wonderful job. They covered my floors and stairway with tarps. It was wonderful how they worked at removing the old and taking the debris out of my home. Ed even advised my husband of the work that he did and changes he made. It was cool that Ed asked me where I wanted the shelves to be & how high. Even asked about the height for the curtain rod should be. The most amazing thing is once they were all done and gone my home was as clean as when they arrived. No small dirt debris or dust for us to clean. Thank you Ed for the beautiful job you did. When my friends ask me how I like my new shower the only thing that comes to mind is “WOW! Love it.”

Everything was on time. Good quality. Very professional job. Very satisfied.

Everything went smooth. The new doors install went quick. They are of better quality than our old paper thin doors.

Window Concepts bid a job to complete a tub surround for a bathroom remodel we recently completed. We had a tight timeline and needed a contractor who could work within that, and Window Concepts delivered - the surround was installed 3-4 weeks in advance of what we expected. It was a complicated job, and when we had some issues with the product that was installed first, they came through on got us new product and reinstalled it faster than we could have expected. Overall we are very pleased with the outcome of the project and would recommend them again.
