I was extremely happy with the process. The crew was professional and respectful of our new windows and house. We got 12 windows installed and the crew was very efficient. They took care all of the old windows and cleaned up when they were done. I was able to chat with the crew during the process and let them know what I wanted and how I wanted it. They were receptive to my ideas. I would recommend them!

Windows concept provided an acrylic shower surround over our existing tile. They also upgraded the plumbing, provided new shower fixtures and a swing out glass door. The install took 4 days because of an issue with an older drain system. Ed and Warren were very respectful of our home and protected our floors and other surfaces. They were professional and followed Covid 19 precautions. The final product is attractive, solid and easy to clean.

Amazing company! Ordered a custom Provia door and had it installed. The sales people were easy to work with and the installers were VERY knowledgeable when working with older homes. Great experience.

I was able to schedule a free in-home estimate after seeing Window Concepts of Minnesota at a Home Show in my community. The sales rep had a variety of bathroom remodels for me to consider. The staff did a great job working around my schedule to select an install date. The installers were friendly and professional and were successful in overcoming a few hiccups they encountered during the project. I was pleased with the finished results.

Covid delayed the delivery of the door but that was understandable. Once the door was received they installed quickly. The installation crew was fantastic. Cleaned up after the installation so that there was no evidence of them being there.

It took some time to get our custom made-to-order window due to glass shortages and Covid, but when the installers arrived they did an amazingly efficient job. In just a few hours one afternoon, they replaced our old leaking window & woodwork with a beautiful triple pane window, and no more leaks. Installers were very professional, polite, and thorough. They even brought treats for our dogs and put up with our German Shepherd's supervision. The price for the window was very competitive, and it comes with a lifetime guarantee.

The scheduler called to set up an appointment and the installers came 2 days later and installed 3 new windows. The installers were professional and did an outstanding job! Highly recommended.

Never use this company...... They take advantage of the elderly. If you don't cancel with them in 2 two from signing the contract they refuse to send the deposit money back. They don't return calls horrible service......

Awesome! Very professional, very neat, prompt arrival and completed the job in record time. I was very pleased with the installation.

What should have taken 3 days is now going on 19 and soon to be 25 because they cannot get back to fix one item that they could not do yesterday. After talking to a number of people, I have determined that the customer service is not a priority for this company. I hope the work will be done next week --- crossing my fingers.

They failed to order the windows in a timely manner even though money was in escrow as agreed to by both parties. The customer service is a joke. The receptionist had an attitude every time and voice mails were hardly answered. I've been waiting 3 months and I still haven't received any windows and the only thing they can say is covid 19 is the blame

Kory did a great job giving us information about windows. I do feel that their communication as a company is poor. They didn’t ask permission to place a sign in my yard, and had to make multiple calls to ask where and when my windows would be delivered/installed. Our installer Max made up for all of their shortcomings as he was professional, took pride in his work, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our product, and very careful with taking necessary sanitary precautions due to COVID. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work and professionalism.

It went pretty easy! Called to check on materials ans they were in and they came to install a few days later.

From the first meeting with the sales rep to the final install, our experience was Great! We had a few questions after our initial meeting with sales, and he was very responsive. The installers came with masks and were very professional, they laid down drop cloths where they were going to be walking, very polite and respectful. They gave me a time frame as to when they thought they were going to be done, and they were spot on. when they were done they went through how to work windows, and cleaned everything up. The windows are fantastic, love the white. We only had 2 windows and a sliding door replaced but will be using Window Concepts for this in the near future.

It was a long wait, but within the quoted time frame. Being home because of the quarantine made it seem like forever. That said, we’ll worth the wait! No complaints!
