Description of Work: We had several windows replaced. We had 3 large windows replaced and 4 smaller windows. Initial estimates and measuring appts were all done well and on time. The install on 9/21 seemed to be fine, other than one of the windows had arrived with a large crack in it. The installers assured me that they would get a new one ordered immediately and I would hear back in 2 weeks with a new install date. They installed the cracked window since a replacement glass was all that was needed. Upon further inspection I found that one of the window frames was cracked during install and two other windows had several deep scratches in them. I called trying to find out how to handle this. When I finally talked to some one I asked about my cracked window as well. Turns out the installers never reported the crack window and one had not been ordered. This is when things went from bad to really bad for me. Service was a nightmare. I couldn't get anyone to call me, I had to continually make phone calls to follow up on what happened. I called, emailed pictures, left messages. There was lots of follow up on my side and no one ever called to confirm things without me threatening to take this to the BBB or other areas. Finally I got an appt for replacement for Dec 23rd. The installer showed up with only 2 of the 4 windows that needed replacement. He took pictures and assured me that I would hear back in roughly 4 weeks because he was scheduling 2 to 4 weeks out. At 5.5 weeks i called for follow up. Nothing seemed to have been done. I am being told the excuse that they are scheduling out farther than they were in Dec. I have an appt to hopefully finish what needs to be replaced as of Feb 24th. I suspect that windows were not ordered until I called in Jan since that seems to have been the case every time before. This windows are fine and the work seems ok, but it is a LOT of follow up for a customer. Pray nothing is wrong with your windows upon install because it will be 5 months before everything is fixed for me.

Description of Work: We were delighted with both the quality of the windows and with the professionalism and workmanship of the installation crew. We are extremely pleased. That said, we found the sales process to be very much like the used car sales process, complete with calls back and forth with "the boss."

Description of Work: They got the job done. They did their best to make sure that we were satisfied with the outcome. The service manager was a very kind man as was the installer.

Description of Work: Upstairs bathroom remodeled. Salesman too long winded - presentation took over 2 hours. Need better photos of completed work. Installers showed up on time and were skilled at what they did. Replaced a bathtub with a shower base, new enclosure and nice shower head and valve; new glass doors; wainscoating on lower walls; new flooring; installed new vanity and top. Somewhat weak on clear-up, chaulk residue on shower door, and toilet seat top was scratched. Overall satisfied with product and work.

Description of Work: They replaced a picture window for me. They had to match the etching to the other windows and did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: Very pushy. Trying to sell a product we stated we did not want. Kept trying to make the sale. It was all about making the sale. Begging us to buy.

Description of Work: Put in 10 replacement windows.

Description of Work: The company was to put in a shower liner in an existing shower. It was to take up to 3 days to complete the work.The measuring the liner and door was done incorrectly twice and items had to be reordered twice. The first door was broken during delivery and when it ws reordered, the measurements were wrong.

Description of Work: Replaced and old window 108"x64" with the top of the line one. They removed the old window, made sure the junk was picked up and sealed the house of from lead paint. They added a non painted molding inside and added metal flashing to the outside. They also handled all of the permits and helped us setup the city inspection.
