Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in two rooms after pet emergency. Came to house within a few hours and was able to remove "most" of the stains. Some stains did re-appear the next day which is the reason for Overall rating of a "B" and not an "A".

+ -1 moreMike was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the services we needed. He worked quickly and efficiently. His equipment was clean and well maintained. We were not inconvenienced in any way. We were most pleased with his work. The carpets were restored to a like-new condition. I highly recommend White Glove Cleaning.
Description of Work: I contacted Mike on short notice to clean the carpets in the 1700 square foot house we rented in Eden Prairie. The carpets required a solid cleaning by a professional service. They were stained from renovations that had been taking place in the house.

+ -1 moreMike (owner) does a great job and is very friendly. I called on Monday and job was performed on Friday. He arrived on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. Our carpeting is old, so some stains do resurface, but that is to be expected. I have used his services for approximately 4 years and never been disappointed.
Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms and stairs. Pretreated pet stains and high traffic area.

+ -1 moreExcellent. He got most of the stains out and does a very thorough job. We had to have him back a few days later to clean up new stains from our dog. He charged a fair fee. I had a coupon from the Pioneer Press On-line Auction for $200 of work for $100.
Description of Work: Cleaned all the carpeting in the whole house, including stairs. Removed pet stains and blood from carpet.
