We have been waiting for over 6 weeks for our refrigerator to be fixed, and we purchased Warner Stellians iron clad warranty that states if they cannot fix, they will replace. Does not happen! Their warranty declined a replacement and they and we are waiting for LG to review for replacement. They are passing the buck and not even responding to emails and requests for explanations as to how long this is going to take. We have appealed to more people that we can count, but they do not care. Do not believe all their slogans that they care for customer, because they do not. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM.WARNER STELLIAN!! They do not stand for customer, only getting money.

I have purchased my appliances through WS for years. These last 2 (Samsung ref. Electrolux stove) have proven to be lemons. Even with the extended warranty, WS's customer service, ability to resolve the issues have been abysmal. We have had to stay home from work 8-10 times to have a repair person come and the appliances are fixed for a while--they break again. I have had to throw out so much food because of lack of cooling in the refrigerator and I have to turn the stove off at the circuit in order for beeping to stop. Quality of merchandise is terrible. Customer service terrible. Last straw: rude customer service person when getting details on exact arrival for repair.

I purchased a Bosch Axxis stackable washer/dryer during the store's annual appliance warehouse sale on 10/27/2014 for $1721.78. I picked up the washer/dryer on 11/20/2014, which was a fairly major ordeal since the computer systems were down and the warehouse guys had to hunt the Bosch set down, taking more than an hour. I wasn't able to install and test the appliances until early December. When I installed the washer (the lower level) in our new home in Red Wing and a few moments ago I discovered that the front leveling feet had been left off of the washer, making it impossible to level the washer or complete the installation of the dryer. The factory double-wall water supply hoses had been replaced with cheap crap from some other washer, also. The installation was delayed because, due to the time of year, it took us a month to schedule a plumber who could install the water and sewer service in the laundry closet. We have been going without our own laundry service since we moved to this house in mid-November and after being informed of the missing parts it took Warners' Stellian customer service until late December to agree to supply the missing leveling feet. Along with the missing parts, I was disappointed to discover that the washer was not just a "floor model," but had been a used set, probably returned by a dissatisfied customer. When I untied the water and sewer lines I discovered the washer had quite a lot of water in it. No one, at any time, warned me that the washer was full of water and could be damaged by freezing. I don't believe it did freeze, but it was in the low 20's when I trucked the washer from the Cities to Red Wing. WS's customer service claims this is "normal," but after checking with Bosch directly I learned this was untrue. When I contacted the company's Customer Service about this turn of events, the best they could offer was that they'd order the leveling feet and send them to us when they arrived. No apology or excuse was provided for the fact that the appliances were not new but used. My wife and I have bought quite a few appliances from Warners' Stellian in the past and have always considered the company to be an excellent local service provider. This experience puts a dent in our faith in Warners' Stellian. I probably won't consider them, again, for any future appliance purchases unless the price is substantially below other providers. Funny follow-up: Customer service called to tell me they would get the leveling feet ordered Thursday, a week after I called to tell them our washer had been shipped incomplete. To top it all off, she said there might be a shipping fee for the parts if they didn't fit into their "standard packaging." So, since I offered to install the parts myself instead of letting customer service send a service tech to install the missing parts, it would cost me extra. Later, she called back to say the parts did fit into a standard package, so they'd be shipped for free. A few days later, Customer Service called to say the parts would be available for pickup on December 22 and we went through the whole song-and-dance about this being a defective new purchase, again. After lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I got a call from the Customer Service Manager. She promptly got the right parts on order, shipped them directly to me for installation, helped me obtain the proper water supply hoses, and extended the warranty on our washer/dryer an extra year as an apology for the confused service. Thanks to that effort, I changed my overall grade from D to C.

Description of Work: Purchased new Bosch stainless steal fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher at the Extreme Warehouse Sale and opted in for delivery. Couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and value - and the minor dings on the fridge were on the side, so no one ever realizes why I got such a great deal. No visible marks on any of the appliances I purchased!

Description of Work: I needed a new dehumidifier for our basement. The Kenmore we had bought 3 years ago had been repaired once and was in need of service again, so we opted for a different brand, based on Consumer Reports recommendations. Warners' Stellian in Edina had the model we were looking for in stock. Not only did we get an excellent price with an extended service plan, but we were able to dispose of our old Kenmore without any charge.

Nothing. I have been trying for a week and a half to get a service call scheduled to no avail. I have talked to 4 different people. They either say that they will call me back or they put me on hold until I am lost in their phone system. I have an extended warranty that I have renewed but they keep telling me it expired even though I have paid for more coverage. I have never had this much trouble wit a customer service department. I was put on hold for over 15 mins. then sent to voicemail. Got the receptionist who continually sent me to voice mail. Then I asked to speak to a service manager right away and was sent to another voicemail and am still waiting for a call back. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will not purchase anything from Warner Stellian again!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Dacor Oven from them. It needs repair. I attempted to set up the repair by emailing. I told them the model, the date of purchase, the serial number and what parts I needed repaired. ( I needed new hinges on the door). At first the responder couldn't tell me if they could do it. Then when he responded they could, he told me I'd have to pay for the repair and parts up front, but they didn't know when the repair would be. Excuse me. I buy $11,000.00 worth of appliances from you. Then after telling me you don't know if you can repair one you want the money up front with no guarantee of when you'll do the repair. NOT ON YOUR LIFE. You'll never get another penny from me.

3My dehumidifier was only removing 1/2 tank of water in 24 hours. My basement humidity was at 60% when I started, but only got down to 50% and not lower. I got this unit last year with an extended warranty, so it was still under warranty. They called and said it was working fine. I told them that I had a similar problem with them 2 years ago and had to bring the unit back. The technician found that the unit was dirty inside under the air filter. Cleaning that fixed the problem. I also said the freon could be low. I said they need to retest the unit. They called me back a few days later to said there is nothing wrong with the unit and they refuse to do any more. So, I will never do business with them again. I am going to purchase another dehumidifier from another ompany.ey

I didn't like their installer. The salespeople were great and very helpful. Their prices were competitive. I had to special order the refrigerator and they were very good about helping me find something that would fit. I would use them again but I would ask for a different installer.

The sales person was good. We had some issues with them trying to run the payment through their credit card system. We did have to make numerous phone calls for them process to the charge on our credit card. We would shop around for appliances but we would not rule them out to purchase here again.

I found a convection oven on their website, but was uncertain if it was a full convection. I called the Roseville store and spoke with a gentleman about it. He confirmed that it was not full convection, but that I could get a full convection oven for not much more. He gave me the model number and quoted a price. I stopped in the following weekend. They did not have one in stock, but had a similar model in stock. Adele Hampton helped me. She ordered the oven from their warehouse and we set a Saturday delivery time. She offered a 5-year warranty, but did not push it when I wasn't interested. She gave me her business card and told me to call her if I had any questions about the applicance. The delivery people came on time as scheduled and were efficient and pleasant. The stove has worked well, no problems.

We had had a fire in the oven which we extinguished but we were afraid to use the oven again without it being checked. It was close to the end of the warranty. We called headquarters and left a message and they called us back the next day. They set up a time 3 days later (a little long to wait so thus B for punctuality) and called with time and date the night before. The appliance repair specialist was very thorough and explained all he was doing. He actually helped clean the bake igniter base and replaced mounting screws just to be safe. He also went over the warranty and stayed and made sure the oven worked, waiting 15 minutes for it to heat and cook at 400 degrees before leaving. He even remembered to take off his shoes before entering the house.

It went perfectly. Courteous deliverymen. They hauled away our old machine for disposal. They took two doors off hinges to get in and out of the house and reattached everything.

We contacted Warner's Stellian Customer Service and described the necessary parts. A week and a half later we received the installation hardware but nothing close to what we needed for the internal damaged part. We contacted Warner's Stellian again, this time with in-depth description and a PHOTO of the damaged part. Again, we received a part, but nothing close to what was necessary. I contacted Warner's Stellian again. I was sent a pdf file with part numbers and was told to pick the right part. Unfortunately the part that I needed was not there, but was listed as a lighting assembly, which is exactly what I told them to send in the first place. We have now been in contact with 5 individuals at Warner's Stellian. They still can't figure out what part to order. The next round of parts could be here as early as the middle of September, which is 6 weeks after our initial request. Warner's Stellian has offered nothing more than trying to replace the part, with shipping of 7-10 days, and if that it is not possible then they will issue us a store credit. But they have not told us when they will get to the point of issuing a store credit. They have also pointed out that our purchase was an "as is" purchase, neglecting to understand that Warner's Stellian blatantly lied to us about the damage to this unit at the time of purchase. Not only did they lie, but the "as is" portion of the purchase isn't mentioned on any of the documentation except for the receipt. Oh, and there is no returns.
Description of Work: We purchased a Faber Range Hood at the Warner's Stellian Warehouse Sale. The documentation with the hood says that it was inspected by a Warner's Stellian representative and there were just a few cosmetic scratches. When we talked with the sales rep he said that the unit just had a few scratches and it was under a complete warranty. When we went to install the hood the installation hardware was missing and internal parts were damaged. The hood does not function.

Warners' Stellian regrets that the member has been disappointed with his purchase from our company. We do not sell products that we know to be defective/incomplete nor do we misrepresent our terms and policies. The Faber brand hoods have been very reliable and they're popular with our customers. Is is unfortunate that Faber struggled to send out the proper parts in a timely manner and we realize that as the retailer, we own that performance. We have (and have had) every intent to repair the unit to full proper functional order and we believe that will be accomplished as of 9/12/09. It is our hope that his opinion of our company is somewhat reconciled after the repair is completed and that he may consider Warners' Stellian for his future appliance needs.

They did a good timely job, and their price was what they said it was going to be. They did everything in a first rate manner. When I asked them questions about the dryer, they had the answers right away. When I checked with another provider, they told us that we would have to get somebody to install it and we got some recommendations. I just didn’t want that hassle. Warners’ Stellian said that they will take care of everything. I was gone when they came here. I had to go away for an hour, and it was all done when I came home.

Sales clerk was very helpful describing various options. We visited the outlet showroom twice. No pressure on us to buy, but efficient help for us once we made the decision. Because a permit is required in our municipality, the installation process and price was much more than we had anticipated, but they recommended a plumber who performed the installation very efficiently and also did a little work to assure we met code in adjoining areas. Both the sales person and plumber were cordial and helpful.

My boyfriend and I looked at EVERY "big box" store to find a replacement in-wall air conditioner for our condo. Our old unit was thirty years old. No salesperson ever approached us to offer assistance, many didn't even HAVE in-wall units, and a salesman at Home Depot didn't even know what an in-wall unit was. Once I realized it was going to cost more money and energy to dispose of the old unit, and we still had an empty hole in our wall, I was at the end of my rope. Then, in a last ditch effort, I remembered the Warner's' Stellian warehouse near my workplace. We went to their St. Paul store on a Sunday. We were immediately approached by a friendly salesman who answered all our questions. They had a perfect unit in stock, at the same price I had found numerous places on-line. They disposed of our old unit for free, and delivered and installed the new one for just $35, two days later. They even found a rebate for us! The delivery people were courteous and worked around my schedule.

I was able to get an electrician to our house and the outlet moved within two hours. The outlet was in by 1:30 the day of delivery. I was then informed by Warners' Stallian that no one would be able to come back to our house to finish the installation until the following Monday which meant I have my new $6000.00 fridge sitting in the middle of my kitchen for the weekend. They have one person that does the installation and he wouldn't come back to finish it on the 7th nor would he come back on the 8th because it was his day off and out of 220 employees Warner Stallian had no one else to do it! I am absolutely furious! I would never, never, buy from them again. I called our sales rep and store manager and his answer, through the answering service, was it was out of his hands! I called the owner, and he said, through the poor woman who was trying to figure something out, that there was nothing they could do and I'd have to wait. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service!
Description of Work: We purchased a Sub Zero refrigerator on 11/26/06 from the Store Manager at the Edina Store. They delivered on 12/7/06 as arranged. When they removed our old refrigerator we discovered that the electrical outlet was in the wrong place for the new fridge and that the new one could not be installed until the outlet was moved.
