Appliances are being built cheaper to beat the competition. This can be said for my new GE refrigerator. six months ago we had to replace the entire compressor assembly. The new (more powerful) unit vibrated so loud it kept us awake at night. Thank God for Warner Stellian's appliance service. The extra price was well worth it. The repairman rewrapped a Freon reduction fitting that was vibrating and quieted the entire noise. These guys know their stuff.

Bought a floor model Dacor column fridge, was told it came with the full warranty. Unit broke around 22 months later(2 years parts and labor). Dacor said it only had a 1 year parts coverage. WS did provide some service but after a month of messing with it, said it needed to be replaced. after 3 more months of WS saying they couldn't get ahold of Dacor and Dacor saying WS wasn't getting ahold of them, WS said they will only give me my money back and won't repair or replace the fridge unless I want to pay the difference at a full retail price. No consideration for months without a unit, no consideration for wrecking our families Thanksgiving and Christmas plans. Just a "there's the door" attitude. The kicker is that our drier died around Christmas and I went and bought a top of the line set there, because at the time, it seemed like they were going to take care of us.

Excellent customer service!!! Jeff went above and beyond to provide our family with a working washing machine at a very competitive price the week of Christmas this year! I appreciate the care that he and the staff at Warner Stellian have taken to ensure that this customer was more than satisfied. I will definitely be back to purchase future appliances and plan to tell my family and friends about the wonderful way I was treated by the staff at Warner Stellian. We purchased a Samsung washer from Warner Stellian last week and it was delivered a few days later. Unfortunately, the washer was a lemon and failed out of the box. I called and asked to speak to a manager to find out possible solutions as our family needed a replacement washer as soon as possible. Jeff spoke with me right away and provided me with a replacement option that was above my expectations! He was open to my suggestions and very reasonable to talk with regarding all of my concerns. I greatly appreciate that while the product failure was not Warner Stellian's fault, Jeff and his staff went above and beyond to fix the problem. I purchased machine from them so thought service would be a breeze. They needed confirmation on the serial number which is hard to read. After researching potential problems they called me back 5 days later to have me repeat the serial number. I had called them twice for updates during that time. Nevermind, the washer was fixed by another company and they did not need the serial number b4 they came out. Never again.

After a two month ordeal with Home Depot and their third party delivery company, I cancelled the order and called Warner's Stellian. The phone salesman matched the price on the exact models. I scheduled delivery the following week, and the guys showed up early. Jeff and Z were prompt and professional, worlds better than the Home Depot contractors who damaged my original units when they attempted delivery. Warner's Stellian wasn't my first choice originally because a) Home Depot had better prices at the time, and b) I've experience Warner's Stellian in store sales folks to be a bit pushy and working to quickly to the close. But now they will always be my first choice. They rescued me from an unbearable situation, the delivery crew was outstanding, and I enjoyed the phone sales experience.

They job was done very poorly. The installer crossed the wrong wires and left the unit live at 120 volts. It was flashing a warning when he left, but he attributed it to cold weather. My husband was shocked strongly by the live current. The company would not give this a priority, they refused to send someone out immediately to fix it, ( said their next available appointment was 6 days later) and they were full of lame excuses and canned responses. We went to Home Depot and bought the correct electrical cord and he fixed it himself. A good customer lost over shoddy customer support for a very dangerous situation.

Well, my parents always went there. I know the owner. Interacting with the sales people is very good. The installation, that didn't go so hot. It was wasn't their fault, It was because of my wiring on my dishwasher. The gentleman that came out here, delivered it and took my other one away, he was great. He was very sorry but, he had to take my dishwasher away and I had this big hole in my kitchen where the dishwasher was. And I do not like washing dishes. And I called other companies to hook it up, to do the wiring and wasn't getting anywhere until I called Mr. Starkey. They had to leave my dishwasher which, take my dishwasher. After I got all hooked up, I called them right away and they came out the next day and hooked it up for me.

In July 2015, I bought an entire houseful of appliances from Warner's Stellian in Apple Valley. Sales, delivery and installation went very well. Super professional. In July 2016, two days after the initial one year total warranty on the dryer expired, the electronics on the dryer froze up. (I read the warranty and it did have 2 years on electronics.) I tried calling repairs a number of times and leaving voice mails. Those were never returned. I finally got through to a live person after multiple calls. I explained that I had left a number of voice mails. She told me that they were behind and weren't checking voice mails. Then she argued with me about the warranty. She finally had to talk to a supervisor and determined that yes, the electronics were under warranty. Then she told me that I had to pay $99 for the service call. I explained that I bought 5 major appliances at once and that the dryer literally died 2 days after the one year warranty. They finally reduced the service call fee to $50. At this point, I'd been on the phone for 30 minutes. They would not schedule a "repair" by ordering a part but first wanted someone to come look at it. (Their service people do not work evenings or weekends so I had to take 1/2 a day off of work.) Note--The service people did show up on time and were very nice. None of this is the fault of the guys actually doing the work. It's the office that is a complete disaster, not the actual technicians. They asked why I didn't schedule a repair rather than a look-see and I explained that their office wouldn't do that. They both rolled their eyes in sympathy. Sure enough, the electronic panel, that is under warranty is bad and they ordered a new one. It's been 10 days and still hasn't arrived. i am now 3 weeks without a clothes dryer. Had I known how bad the service department was, I would never have bought from Warner's Stellian. I've since looked at on-line reviews and my experience is not unique.

The sales person was excellent. He arranged it so that we could have a Saturday delivery, which worked really well for us. Dryer works great, service was great. They called before they came so we knew they were coming. They even set up the dryer hose and put a corner vent so I wouldn't have to hook it up by myself.

Our freezer has now been out for over a week. While the condenser came in after a week; it is going to be another week before they can come to do the repair. They needed the money in full, upfront, for the service call, part and installation. We have needed to purchase $50 worth of dry ice so far and expect at least another $25 if they are able to complete the work "on time". We are very disappointed in the job completion time frame; after spending a good amount of money on the appliance which is only 8 years old (which we purchased through Warner Stellian) we would expect to be able to have our freezer functional in a more timely manner. The job is not complete at this time.

Here's the ugly details - maybe someone from Warner's will see this and do some investigation... Called on Monday morning and spoke to a representative in the service department. Explained my problem, and since it wasn't under warranty asked if I wanted serviced by another company or by them. ??? I don't know - I want my dishwasher fixed and I bought it through you, so you tell me where I should go. He took my info and said someone from this other company would call me back. In the afternoon, after not getting a call, I called back and again explained my issue and asked for someone to come out and service this. The woman I spoke with took my information, including model and serial number of the dishwasher (which they had on file, since she could pull up my customer record for the purchase). She needed to speak with someone in the service department about parts and then she'd call me back to set up an appointment. The following day (now Wednesday) I hadn't heard back, so I called AGAIN and explained my issue. "Gee, I'm sorry. I'll look into this and get right back to you." More than 24 hours later, I finally got a call back and heard, effectively, "Not sure what happened, but maybe we should schedule an appointment..." Seriously? 4 days just to get a service call SCHEDULED? I found another independent provider (who came out right away) and next time I don't think we'll be purchasing from Warner's if this how they handle their service department.
Description of Work: We bought all new appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) from Warners in 2011. We decided on Warner's because it was a local company, and we thought we'd get better service (opposed to a big box store). Well, earlier this week I tried to make an appointment for service on our dishwasher, and that experience was comically bad. Bottom line, I couldn't make an appointment with them so I had to go elsewhere for resolution to the problem.

We were looking for a new washer and dryer. I visited the store on Snelling in Roseville. They did an excellent job finding the balance between letting me browse in peace but also being accessible when I was ready with questions. I'm a picky shopper and had done quite a bit of research on front load washers (Our previous home had a first generation front load from Sears and it was not a good washer). The sales person was extremely helpful - even getting out a copy of his Consumer Reports when I referenced my research. He gently steered me toward a set that was perfect for our family. When I asked if they were planning any sales he volunteered to check, found price cut coming up, and worked with me to coordinate both a quick delivery schedule and the sale price. When I got home I did some checking and couldn't find a lower price anywhere. Excellent overall experience. We later bought a cooktop, wine fridge and beverage chiller - similar excellent overall experience with knowledgeable sales person (although we did have a slight hitch/frustration with wrong cooktop vent being ordered) Also, the two w/d delivery guys were outstanding! The w/d were very heavy and had to be maneuvered through a tiny door into the basement. They accomplished it beautifully.

All items were delivered as promised. The washer and dryer could not be installed because the doorway was too narrow. The local maintenance people removed door moulding and installed the washer and dryer. However, when we could not control the washer water temperature , Warners' Stellian service came out and corrected the installation for no additional charge. The microwave was delivered as ordered, but it was installed by others when kitchen renovation was complete.

After having the refrigerator for a few weeks it was evident that it functioned poorly. The cold stuff in the freezer would freeze and semi-thaw and the lettuce in the refrigerator portion would freeze. We had a number of service calls that were done by Warner Stellian techs with no change in the functioning of the unit. At that point we were told by their and quot;customer serviceand quot; person to contact GE directly as they had no other help to offer us. GE also sent techs and finally replaced the unit but would only give us the same model or deduct a huge amount off for the time we had it. (most of which was spent waiting to see if the fixes worked.) Warner Stellian would not contact GE on our behalf and said there was nothing more they could do to help. It is a disappointment as we had purchased other appliances from them and they are quite good at sales but not on follow-up or caring about customer loyalty.

We bought Fisher and Paykel Fridge, oven, gas cooktop, a Miele dishwasher, and Cambria counter top. The sales people (we dealt with three) were all great, knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are steep, but the brands we chose do not really offer discounts and so the only way to get them cheaper is online (which only saves you sales tax up front). The stuff was delivered when promised and my only complaint is that the delivery people who were also supposed to pick up the used appliances did not want to get an old fridge out off the basement, and as result tried only perfunctorily, and broke some of the plastic of the old fridge and scratched some walls before abandoning the project. I ended up having to take the fridge apart and take it up myself later. But, other than the delivery folks, the experience was a good one.

The salespeople were very responsive and good. They went through everything with me. They delivered and hooked both of them and took my old ones away. They were very professional, punctual and did a good job. I am sure I could get the items for a cheaper price though. I think the difficulty in this is that there is no real way to test the features of the washer and dryer before we get it into our house. If we do not like what it does then there is no way to get rid of it. The lint catcher of my old washer was better than the one I got. But as dealers, they are just fine.
