I went in to the Apple Valley store to purchase a built in microwave with specific measurements and pictures of space. The salesman told me the GE would fit and didn't mention anything about it not fitting or that it wasn't returnable. We brought it home and it was too small for the space (which he had the specs). I brought it in to be returned and the trim kit was unopened. They took back the microwave but would not return the trim kit that was $180. The manager was rude and basically said it was my job to make sure the specs were right, not the salesman. I now am stuck with a $180 trim kit that I have no use for. I went to another appliance place down the road and had much better service and ended up buying a refrigerator and built in mini fridge that had also gone out. I will never shop at Warner Stellian again and will strongly tell anyone looking for appliances to stay clear.

Scheduled delivery for Friday between 2 and 4 pm. Called and said they could not be out until 8 to 9 pm due to weather. Rescheduled to Monday. Was promised a first thing in the morning delivery. Instead they now say they cannot come out until 3 to 5 pm ( now one marked it down for early delivery). Was told it could not be changed. This is unacceptable performance to promises made....

Our 6 year old Samsung refrigerator was freezing everything inside, including the water dispenser. Digital monitor said it was 41 degrees, but actual temp was 17 degrees. Warner Stellian diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and on 5/14/19 came back to install the panel. Ten minutes after he left, our floor was flooded with water. Apparently, the water chamber which also froze, cracked, and has now thawed leaking water. So repairman ordered new part, came back to fix (now our 3rd time having to take off work!). Well, guess what, the tubes that connect to the water chamber also froze so were now cracked. Repairman couldn't fix without those parts. Meanwhile we keep dumping the water out of the lower tray as it fills up! So far we have $970 into our used refrigerator!! We are now waiting to schedule our next appointment, and of course, have to take more time off from work. I called to complain about the labor charges and incompetence of the original inspection to also check this water chamber and hoses!! They offered to give a credit of $75... are you kidding? I asked to speak to some one else regarding the labor and our inconvenience. Have not heard back for 3 days now!!

Bought a washer and dryer from them. Store visit was good, knowledgeable sales person and product selection and price was good. Delivery and install was a train wreck, scraps and scratches all over the washer and dryer, didn't even install dryer duct properly. Called store they referred me to customer service talked to them they offered an allowance or to replace sheet metal, really replace panels on a a new washer dryer?? Asked for the washer to be replaced they refused. Took allowance no other choice really. To date only received allowance for dryer. I did send and email to the store manger of the maple grove store no response. STAY AWAY definitely a poor company read reviews online.

Description of Work: Needed a new fridge on short notice, and had constraints as to size. W-S has a good selection at different prices, the sales person was very knowledgeable about what was in stock, how long to ship, what would fit our space. The delivery guys were great--they pointed out a very slight ding in the door, photographed it,sent it to the office (on Saturday)--I called Monday AM and they had already ordered a replacement door. I said that I'd rather have a slight discount on the appliance and they immediately changed the order and I had a check within a week.

We went in the most recent time to buy a vacuum. We had done our homework and had a nice Miele upright all picked out. Upon working with the salesman there he pushed us into a canister and kept saying how much better it was. We kept saying we wanted the upright, but he was persistent and unfortunately we were talked into buying the canister. We never liked it and when we were fed up and asked about any type of trade in program for a basically new vac, they said they would only give us $50 for it (and it cost us over $1200 new with tax)! So buyer beware here as they up-sell you to make them the most profit - not customer friendly. We've had better experiences in the past, but they do appear to train the salespeople to go for max profit and not listen to the customers needs. Watch for the up-sell.

Description of Work: Our clothes washer had stopped working and they helped us trouble shoot the problem and cost to fix. We ended up with a front load washer. They were on sale as a set with the dryer but we didn't want the dryer so the salesperson let us break up the set for sale price still and just purchase the washer. Delivery was prompt even though it was Easter weekend.

We purchased a Samsung Washer and dryer pair. They delivered as promised but I noticed that the installer quietly put a shim under one back foot of the washer. Talked to service and they promised a new foot for the machine. When the serviceman came he realized that the rear left foot is not adjustable. So I got my shim back. I don't like this as the washer could ultimately move and fall off the shim and be seriously out of balance. Asked him to look at the dryer which had 2 problems. He identified parts which had to be ordered. When these came in and when they were installed they did not fix the problems. Now I'm thinking that I got a couple of screwed up units here. Asked for them to be replaced with a different brand. Service manager wanted to replace only the dryer. With the help of my sales person and the Apple Valley Store manager though we got a replacement for both. Bought a similar and only slightly less expensive LG pair and so far they are working great. We really like the sales people that we have worked with and the manager is great. Repair people are average and the service department can be a little hard to work with. Overall I give all A's because of the store I work with

We worked with a specific sales person there, and the whole team was terrific. The experience was very good. We went in, and looked at a few refrigerators, and had great feedback. They showed us numerous models and they helped us decide which one would be best for us. I was very pleased with them. The delivery guys were right on time, and within the time frame that they gave us.

After 3 months of use one of their top line microwaves completely failed. A service tech verified the failure and ordered parts. After many delays on the parts we insisted on and obtained a replacement microwave. It was quickly installed and given a perfunctory check. Since the replacement we have noticed a very loud hum which was part of the issued prior to failure of the first appliance.

They preformed everything as planned. Arrived on time and installed and removed old appliances. They even moved the refigerator that we kept to the lower level for us!! We had one minor issue with the range, not their fault it was a manufacture defect, we contacted Heather our awesome sales associate and she had them fix the problem right away!

I would not recommend Warners Stellian. The person who came out to install all of the new appliances did not come prepared with the correct tools. He had to borrow tools from me. They did not have the equipment to hook everything up, like the ice maker, so I had to hire a plumber to come out and hook that up. When he went to hook up the dryer he did not have the tools to work with gas, so I had to hire another plumber to come out and install the dryer. I was pleased with the quality of the appliances themselves, however I was not pleased with the quality of their service. They did come out on time for the service. I would not use them again in the future.

I would put the dryer on the low setting to dry my fleece and it was scorching my fleece. I have had someone out three different times and they replaced the thermostat twice. The third time, I was told that they couldn't adjust the thermostat. The man who told me that had been there before and adjusted it once already. I kept going back to the company and telling them this is unacceptable. I told him I've had this repaired three times and we are not getting to the bottom of the issue. Finally, at that point, the repair people were coming out just to pacify me. They really did a thorough check. They thought there was nothing else they could do and that the dryer was fine. I checked with the company again. They told me that because the repair people said there was nothing wrong, there was nothing they could do. I was not a happy customer.
Description of Work: I bought three appliances. They were a stove, refrigerator and dryer. I kept having problems with the dryer. These are all under warranty and I bought the extended warranty for the appliances. It was within the warranty time frame that I had these problems.

Went to the St. Paul store and was greeted by front desk person. After looking around on my own I asked salesperson, Josh, for help. He helped me go through my choices - which were many - and settled on a refrigerator for our soon to be remodeling project. A counter depth model would work the best with our small, narrow, galley kitchen. We were able to get the bottom freezer, French door model we wanted. They had to schedule a delivery within 30 days because it was a sale item. The delivery was scheduled on a Wednesday between 1:00 and 4:00, I called the store at 4:20 to find out where the truck was. They tracked it down and said it would be at our home by 5:15. It got there around that time (plus/minus a few minutes). The guys were friendly, did there jobs and were off. I do wish I would have gotten a call from them saying the delivery was running late - as I had to rearrange some things on my end (though it wasn't a big hardship - just inconvenient.)

THE SALES PERSON(JUDE) MADE SURE THAT WE PICKED THE APPROPRIATE DISHWASHER FOR OUR NEEDS. I PURCHASED A NEW LG BRAND WASHER AND DRYER ON 1-13-04. IT WAS DELIVERED A FEW DAYS LATER WITH DAMAGE TO THE DOOR AND THE CONTROL PANEL. AS OF 3-29-04 THE PARTS ARE NOT TO BE FOUND.
