 + -1 moreMost soiled and/or stained areas cleaned up nicely, only a couple spots where stains reappeared once the carpeting dried. Carpet is a grayish berber and was installed 8 years ago. This was the first professional cleaning. 4 cats in the house, someone would regurgitate their dry cat food about once weekly. We would spot clean immediately once discovered. We do not remove our shoes when walking around inside house and do a lot of entrys and exits from the outside and attached garage. I have used Warling's several times before for both my home and church.
Description of Work: Professional cleaning of home carpeting in 2 bedrooms and a combination living / dining room.

Description of Work: Ken came out at the last minute and spot cleaned my sons carpet for me. We had company coming and my son had stained his carpet during the evening. I emailed Ken at midnight. He came out the next day and cleaned the area perfectly for a very very reasonable fee. I would always call Ken for large or small jobs. He is reasonable and he does a great job and he is all about the customer.

 + -1 moreThere was one very difficult stain that was not completely removed at first though this was not apparent when the carpet was still wet. We contacted Warling about this and they came out again and finished the job. When we offered to pay something additional for the extra time that was required, they refused to accept payment. They managed to remove truly difficult stains that had eluded other carpet cleaning services. We feel we got more than what we paid for.
Description of Work: Warling's Grand Results cleaned our carpets and managed to remove some very difficult and very stubborn stains. Very friendly, courteous, and highly professional service. They are perfectionists and will do everything they can to clean carpets..
