very good. I had a couple of tree companies tell me they weren't going to be able to do it because the trees were too close to fences and what not but these guys just came in and took care of it like it was nothing. they were in and out in an hour or two.

These are my go-to tree care folk. Every time. They are responsive, fair, so much more reasonable than any other tree care provider I have found, and do the job well the first time.

The tree was removed on the day of removal and one of the contractors asked for the payment. I was not happy how they did the job because there is still two feet of stump remaining. So they worked for another hour, I've take a look at it again and still did not look flat. I talked to a guy named Ray before the job started and told me that "Oh we'll have to add $200 to make it really look flat". He promised that it will look flat. They said that they will come back because they needed topsoil. They cameback a week later asking for a final payment. Still the stump was there and I got tired of insisting so I tried to have it flat myself but I could not do it on my own so I called them again like 4 times and Ray called me back twice and always saying that they'll comeback. It's more than a month already and the stump is still there.

I was very satisified with them, they had a good price and are very trustworthy.

They were prompt and efficient, and did exactly what we'd discussed. Clean-up was complete. Nice job!

No surprizes. Done on time, on price and in a proffesional manner. Price and tidiness outstanding.

I asked him for a bid and prices were comparable to others, but he was willing to come and do the work to remove the two trees much sooner than the other service who did an estimate. His prices was $100 less for the removal of the two trees. They came on site in less than a week and finished in just one morning. They seemed to clean up the mess pretty well.

It went fine. They started in the fall and had to come back in the spring to finish.

I got estimates from 5 companies and chose Visions due to their low price, their high ratings on both Angie's List and the BBB, and -- based on the information Tom gave me -- I thought they were going to be the company who would have the least amount of negative impact on my yard. The job was not finished the first day, but there was no phone call or even a note to let me know when they would be back to finish the job. They did return the next day and finished removing the trees so I was very happy that once it was started, the job wasn't drug out over several days or weeks. Unfortunately, they tore up my yard in the process. Tom told me their equipment was "small and yard-friendly", but there are now tire ruts from my driveway all the way down to my back fence. There are holes in the sod that we planted only two summers ago. Every plant that was near the three trees has been trampled and obliterated. I asked them to leave the wood chips because I had planned on using them for mulch. Rather than pile them, they are spread all over where the stumps were ground down. I was surprised to see that they did not clean up the sawdust left behind on the playset, the "landing pads" at the bottom of the slide, and the shed. In summary, they did remove the trees, which was what they were hired to do, but the state in which they left my yard makes me very unhappy. Addendum: I called and left a message with Tom regarding the ruts and holes in the yard and he left a message in return stating that he wasn't present for most of the job and that if he had been, he would have fixed those up. He stated that he would go fill them for me. He was prompt in doing so, but unfortunately, he filled them with a sand/rock/dirt mixture rather than black dirt. Addendum2: During my late fall yard clean-up, I found several sharp tools that were left behind on the platform of my daughter's playset.

Excellent service. Tom was flexible in setting a time for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the different trees (especially about the pine tree that was ultimately removed) and offered some different options to accommodate my budget. The work was scheduled promptly. All of the different work (removal, trimming dead wood removal) was performed as promised. The shaped of the trimmed trees looks very natural. The cleanup was great, no sticks were left in the yard. The price was great in comparison with other competitors.

They are cleaner than any other contractor that I have ever seen. They are very responsive and were able to help me in a pinch. They had the lowest bid. Their price was fantastic compared to other estimates.
