Ron & his helper arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently cleaned up. When work was done, the amonut was $100 "less" then estimated.

Ron was courteous and professional, but plumbing must not be his forte. Although the dishwasher and disposal appear to be properly installed, the drain connections he made under the sink were so loose they were leaking. I tightened them myself, but at least one joint still leaks. Frankly, they were just not properly installed. The installation of the dishwasher and disposal also exposed some major drain pipe issues in our house which were unrelated to Mr. Virnala's work, and which were clearly not his fault. Ron failed to diagnose the problem correctly, however, and basically told us we would need to hire a plumber to finish the job. If we had known that, we probably would've just hired a real plumber to begin with. To his credit, Ron did come out to our house a second time, free of charge, to examine the loose drain pipe connections; however, the connections were still loose when he left! I'm not sure what all Ron does in his handyman service, but if you need anything done involving plumbing, you may want to find someone else. *As a side note, Ron called an electrician he knows to install the electrical connections for the disposal. The electrician, Erick Marshall, was very professional and did good work.
