VICK'S GLASS REPLACEMENT

They were punctual. They cleaned up. They did a good job. Everything they did was right. What they couldn’t do they explained it right and why not. I’m basically pleased with them. If I have a question, they got back to in a timely manner. If needed them again, I would use them again.

Ken Vick was prompt in getting back to me and sent Tom out to measure the windows. I was given a quote and decided to go with them since they were a little less than some previous window work I had done. The workmanship that Tom did in replacing the glass was not what I expected. Having had Scherer Brothers (Darrell) do the same work on other windows in my home, I had top workmanship done with that company. It would have been worth the extra money to have it all done right by Scherer Bros. The finish on the work of the window was not at all like the previous work and after examining, I had to call Ken back to replace some weather stripping that should have been taken care of in the first place. Tom showed up once to take care of it and had the wrong material with him. They never did take care of it!!
