 + -1 moreMy story is that Best Buy sold me a Verizon wireless hot spot for Internet reception when it turned out that was not what I needed at all (that's another story). Verizon tech support stayed on the phone with for about 2 hours trying to get my hot spot to hook up. We getted started. Went back to best buy, turned out my laptop was not capable of hooking up to any hot spot. I cancelled that service, best buy people cancelled it also. 2 weeks later, I get a bill from Verizon for the hot spot! I called Verizon, they said that best buy had to cancel it and they never did! I went back to best buy where they cancelled it again. When I asked who was going to pay the Verizon bill, they said I had to! Really! I called Verizon back, they said best buy does this all the time, and they would forgive all charges related to the hot spot! Thank you Verizon!
Description of Work: We have always had Verizon service for our cell phones for the 5 years or so. We switched from. AT&T because we literally had to stand out in the middle of our street to get service. Verizon has been wonderful for myself and my daughter. The work with us on the best plan for our family. My sister, dad and mom have Verizon too. I never seem to have a reception problem that other services have. (except up north by pelican lake). There do seem to be a little pricy on some things and I do have to watch my bill sometimes, but they are always quick to get back to me and fix anything I need fixed.
