Went great, I would use them again.

They were fine. The drop-off and pick-up occurred as scheduled, and there were no issues or problems.

Bask was one of the lower priced places and has such a good reputation in the area so I selected them. They were prompt at delivering the roll off and when we were done, came out the next day to pick it up.

Got put on hold for an extended period of time (called 3 times - sat on hold for 5+ minutes each time, never got through to a live customer service rep). Called a 4th time, begged the receptionist NOT to put me through to customer service (that's like a black hole), and got the $316 quote. (Left a message in one of my earlier calls to a customer service person, with all the details of the size dumpster I needed, then the voice-mail, which was returned 4 hours later - asked me to just ''call her back to talk details to get a price.'' Back to the black hole of being ''on hold''.) Finally received a dumpster from Twin Cities Refuse for $26 less, using one phone call.

Very responsive. Received the dumpster next day. He indicated that I could have it for 10 days at no extra charge. I kept it for a month and the extra charge was reasonable.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE; ASKED ME ABOUT WHAT I WAS GOING TO THROW OUT SO I COULD GET THE RIGHT SIZE, AND THEIR ESTIMATES WERE RIGHT ON. FIRST TIME, THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME A TRUCK THAT SAME DAY; SECOND TIME, SINCE I CALLED FRIDAY NOON, THEY GOT ME ONE FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE, TIME, LOCATION, AND PHONE CALLS.

ORDERED A DUMPSTER FOR A FOUR DAY (96 HOUR?) PERIOD BEGINNING ON A FRIDAY. UNIT ARRIVED MIDDAY FRIDAY AND WAS PICKED UP AT 8:30 AM ON MONDAY. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY (ONLY THE RECEPTIONIST TAKES CALLS) FOR AN EXPLANATION AND WAS TOLD THE RENTAL PERIOD IS DATE ONE TO DATE FOUR. THIS IS NOT EXPLAINED ANYWHERE INCLUDING THEIR WEBSITE (FOUR DAYS COULD MEAN ONLY TWO WORKDAYS ON SITE). THEY SEEMED VERY SMUG AND UNAPOLOGETIC FOR THIS REFUSE RUSE.

I SET THE DELIVERY FOR AM, BUT AT NOON HAD TO CALL THEM TO GET THE DUMPSTER DELIVERED BY 1:05PM. ALSO, THEIR WEBSITE HAD 5 DAY RENTAL INFORMATION BUT WHEN I SPOKE TO THE REPRESENTATIVE, IT WAS ONLY FOR 4 DAYS. ALSO, WHEN I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON, THEY SAID THE DRIVER NEEDED 50 FT CLEARANCE TO DELIVER, BUT WHEN I ORDERED THE DUMPSTER, THEY STATED 60 FT. ALL IN ALL, THE PRICE WAS FAIR, BUT THE COMPANY NEEDS BETTER COMMUNICATION WITHIN TO MEET CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION. PICKUP OF DUMPSTER HAPPENED NEXT DAY AFTER I CALLED, BUT THE DRIVER LEFT THREE LARGE PIECES OF LUMBER BEHIND THEY USED FOR UNDER THE WHEELS OF THE DUMPSTER WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED - I WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM FOR PICKUP OF THIS LUMBER. THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE. I WAS NOT HOME WHEN THE PICKUP DRIVER ARRIVED.

USING VASKO RUBBISH (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH VASKO ROLL OFF SERVICE) WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. I CALLED 9 ROLL-OFF COMPANIES FOR PRICE QUOTES AND NOT ONLY WAS VASKO THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY WERE THE FRIENDLIEST AND MOST ACCOMMODATING. CUSTOMERS CAN VIEW THEIR WEBSITE FOR PRICING AND DUMPSTER DETAILS AND EVEN ORDER THE SERVICE RIGHT FROM THE WEBSITE. THIS IS A GRADE A, CLASS ONE COMPANY. THEY PROVIDE GARBAGE SERVICE, TOO.
