They worked with me a month ago. They did a lot of work. They were here the whole day and rocked it out for me. The workers were awesome. They are actually coming out again to trim my trees but they can't do it until this fall.

Dropped a dead tree. Was quoted $375 for complete job and $300 to not haul away. Mistake on my part to not be 100% certain what the quote was for, it varies by tree company. Their idea of $300 was to basically drop the tree and walk away. Numerous logs were left too long to be firewood. Brush was everywhere. Huge mess.. One of the worst $75 (the difference between clean it up versus just drop it and run) that I never spent. . Was under the impression that the $300 quote was to at least clean up and have the larger pieces cut into length and stacked, as would be common for most people who want to save some firewood. Called the company, but it was my fault for assuming. I just wish they would have more clearly explained that the quote for $75 less would leave me with a HUGE mess when I got home.

They answered my call promptly and delivered the service as requested. They gave me some advice about some trees that were hung up in the wires. I did not know that I had to deal with the electric company and how to do that so they were very informative as well. They were prompt with the service and cleaned up after themselves.

The first time I called I explained what I was looking for and was told one of the guys would call me. I called back later in the day since nobody had called me back. I was told they usually make their calls between 4:30 and 5:00 PM. I waited for the call, but again nobody contacted me. Don't count on them if you need snow removal done. I had used them in the past for tree and stump removal. They did an excellant job so I was expecting the same for snow removal.

Excellent. Work was performed very quickly and without any trouble. Returned next day to remove stump. Excellent price and service. I received over 15 estimates for the work and Valley was by far the lowest priced. Corey is excellent owner/operator.

I called in the AM one day last week, I received a call back within the hour and they were out in the PM to give me a quote . Date was set the next week and they were out before lunch as advised. The crew were very good, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up the yard once they were done. The owner and crew are great to work with, and they are the only tree service I would use.

I have used them several times. They are very thorough. The supervisor we had on site every time is really good. Their price was reasonable in comparison to other providers.

It went flawlessly from start to finish. From discussing our options and getting a quote, to scheduling the work, and then execution these guys were awesome. They showed up on time and were courteous and professional. When they were done it was near impossible to tell that a 40' tall, dying blue spruce had taken up half of our front yard just a couple hours earlier. Our front and back yards looked better than they did before the work was done. Excellent experience overall - I couldn't give these guys a higher recommendation.

I have used this company before. Arrived on time, very professional, removed all the debree, work quality excellent, price as quoted. Owner and all employees are great to work with.Excellent service.

Work was completed very quickly and efficiently. No damage to my yard, play area or sprinkler system. After the work was completed, they cleaned up all the debris, raked and blew off the grass and they were gone. Did a fantastic job, very professional, reliable and great job done for a good price.

They were very expensive and didn't communicate real well. They were responsive but I didn't hire them because of the cost. They were prompt to give a bit but not clear on exactly what they'd be doing. They didn't brainstorm for options or give other suggestions for what they might be able to do. Estimate was twice of all other bids.

THEY REMOVED A VERY LARGE ELM TREE FROM OUR LANDSCAPED YARD LEAVING NO DAMAGE, EXCEPT ONE SMALL PLANT. TRULY AN AMAZING JOB CONSIDERING THE SIZE OF THE TREE AND THE FACT IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR PERENNIAL GARDEN AND CLOSE TO TWO HOUSES.

THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM A B OVERALL WAS THAT THEY ACCIDENTALLY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE AND IT TOOK A BIT OF TIME BEFORE IT WAS REFUNDED WHICH WAS MOSTLY BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE AN "A" COMPANY.
