he and his crew came out and proceeded to cut the oak tree down and cut off all but two branches and in the process, broke several of my landscape lights, and then disappeared.he never trimmed the rest of the trees nor finished cutting the oak down. i have called repeatedly to no avail.i recently saw him in the west st paul "lowes" and he said he had to go to mexico and he would be back on friday.never showed!what remains of the tree is a 10 foot tall stump with 1 starter branch attached to the only branch left on the tree which makes for an awful eyesore.
Description of Work: ufrano and i negotiated a price of $900 to trim back all my 4 trees in the back and completely remove 1 tree which was an oak.

This company damaged my fence while removing a large cotton wood tree from my neighbors yard. Well they more than damaged it they demolished it. They showed up about 4 pm on a Saturday and started cutting. They did not block off the road or take other safety precautions. The first cut they made took out the neighbors fence, they did not tie ropes to the branch and try to pull it away from the fence. The second cut took out the other side of my neighbors fence and most of the front of my chainlink fence. It was folded in half and the posts are shot. They made an attempt to straighten it out and put it back up. Its top is bent and the fence stands 3ft. tall instead of 4ft. We spoke with them about it and they promised to return the following day with materials to complete repairs on my fence. They stopped cutting after the second cut. It was obvious that the person doing the cutting did not know what they were doing and the whole outfit seemed to lack the knoweledge to attempt such a large tree. When the second branch fell it made alot of noise and by that time there were alot of other neighbors out side and everyone was getting upset because cars were getting close to getting hit because they had no cones to warn people. So they quit for the day. Also the branch broke the sidewalk. As a matter of fact by the time they had finished they had broken or cracked at least 10 sidewalk sections. They never returned to fix my fence or repair any of the other damages they caused. I have attempted to reach them by phone numerous times and they have not answered or returned my calls. My neighbor paid them for removing the tree. The least they could do is repair the things the promised to fix. I would not hire this company for any of the things they say they do.
Description of Work: The company was hired by my next door neighbor to remove a large cottonwood tree from his yard. They did this causing the property damage outlined below.

Quick and efficient, including sealing the trimmed ends. He also showed me the parts of the tree remaining and recommended removing the tree but I declined as I have a larger landscape plan in mind at a later date.
Description of Work: Trimmed several dead limbs out of two large trees and hauled away the debris.
