Mr. Olson performed admirably in all aspects of customer service. He was ridiculously helpful prior to retention. He spent roughly one hour on the phone with me or texting with me to determine the nature and scope of my problems. He made suggestions without compensation that improved my computer's performance, and laughed when I chided him for his lack of a cut-throat business approach (Tyler is a college student, and his exceptional abilities are exceeded only by his enthusiastic and personable demeanor). I received substantial discounts from retail pricing on all aspects of the work performed; indeed, having had a similar repair provided to a different laptop, I paid well more than double the rate above. The work was done in two days. The computer's performance is improved in every relevant facet. I cannot recommend Mr. Olson highly enough.
