The handyman they sent to do the work was quite experienced. They built a basement wall and replaced a drop ceiling. Both were done well.

Perfect work including matching ceiling paint without having to repaint the entire surface. Quick response time, skilled workmanship, amazing cleanup. Could not be happier!!

Wonder job. He did an amazing job removing the wall, framing the new doorway and matching the trim in our 85 year-old home. Exceeded our expectations in every way.

Contacted them on 4/18 to schedule a visit for estimate. This was a specific scenario where we had a 2-hour window from the existing homeowners to visit with our contractors to estimate the work, which will be done once we close on the house end of June. We reconfirmed 3 days prior. The day before, with less than 24 hours, I was contacted saying due to a family crisis, Darren, the person is not available. The only option I was given was the following week, which is not feasible, given this is the only window we had from the home owner. And they do not have a backup, so my option was to cancel. And be left with no other option. Very disappointing, in spite of the fact that this was a personal emergency. The end client was left hanging.

John was awesome! He was very prompt and friendly. It took him longer than he expected but he didn't complain. The plaster on the inside and stucco on the outside look like it was always there. I would hire again for other projects.

I was extremely impressed by the work of Twin City Handyman. I had a complicated retiling job that turned into a full remodel. I live in an older house with a bathroom that has a large window inside the shower. The window hadn't been sealed properly so water was seeping into the wall causing damage to the backer board and tile. Jeff from Twin City Handyman stripped the bathroom down to the studs and then Joe was brought in to work on plumbing, hang new drywall, install a ceiling fan, retile, paint, etc. Everyone was friendly and professional. I also appreciated Joe's attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for help remodeling.

Jeff was my tileman. He was punctual, friendly, professional and did a magnificent job. I would hire Twin City Handyman again in a heartbeat. There was a slight problem with the scheduling, but the result more than made up for it. I love the backsplash even more than I could have ever imagined!

Came to my house and did an evaluation and estimate for the work done. Very professional. I decided in the end to replace rather than repair, otherwise I would have used his services.

Fantastic work. Very professional and considerate carpenters worked efficiently and neatly for two days. Stayed late on the second day to make sure the job was done right and checked that we were happy with the work. It was a relief to work with such professional carpenters! Really these guys are at the next level.

The work was done very well. It just seemed to take a longer time (over two months) from when the job was requested until when the work was done than we were expecting.

The job was a little more difficult than originally anticipated, but went very, very well. John was great, very professional. He needed to get a little creative to get the job done. He handled that well and the job was done quickly, professionally and well. I would recommend their service to anyone needing some handywork done around the house and I will be definitely be using them in the future for work I am not able to complete myself. We had a built in wall cabinet in our basement that was somewhat outdated, as it was one that had a specific contained area that only allowed for a smaller TV. We were looking to knock out all the extra shelving and modify it to fit a large TV. After speaking with Darren and Danielle (office manager), Darren came out for an estimate a day later. After getting a few estimates, I decided to go with TCH, based on their response time, reasonable pricing, and solid reviews. Couldn't have made a better choice. There was a little confusion when their tech came out as to what exactly we wanted done to the built in, but after a little explaining, everyone was on the same page. John was timely, professional, and most importantly, did extremely high quality work. The final result was absolutely perfect - better than I imagined. He was able to match the color of the cabinet to the wood/trim he added in, and made sure everything was done exactly how we envisioned. The job took about 2 days, and he cleaned up promptly after everything was wrapped up. From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for anything more. It looks fantastic, and I would not hesitate to recommend TCH to anyone. Would 100% use them again in the future. Thank you for the great work Darren and John! Can't wait to get the new TV up

I contacted TCH based on other reviews of them for larger projects here. My project was to build a brand new wall downstairs for my office/bedroom so I needed someone to do the framing, drywall, mudding and electrical. The wall was about 10' and my ceiling is low so they even had to cut the door and frame to fit. Many handymen don't provide all these services, I was told to find a GC. When I contacted TCH they were responsive from the start. I knew from researching them they did more of a bid than pure hourly rates which I really liked. Darren came out to the house to take a look and help me figure out where the wall should go. I didn't have much experience so it was great to have his expertise in picking out a door, specifications, all of that. They also took care of adding an air return which didn't even occur to me. They were super flexible on adding some fixes for my weird wiring and rerouted a switch to the inside of my office from the outside. John was the handyman who worked with me on the project and he was awesome. Very considerate and asked about design and pointed out issues as he worked. He cut the door to fit perfectly, reframed it, got all the matching trim I needed. I was so happy with the result, all I had to do was paint! They could have done that for me too. Overall I'm super pleased and will definitely be working with them in the future.

Very pleased with the service. Overall we were very pleased with... the price, professionalism and workmanship. Jeff (did the actual work) did a fantastic job. Also when we worked with Darren and Danielle for coordination and quotes... they were very easy to work with and responsive. We had them add a wall, doors, drywall, electrical and trim. When they were out, we added another smaller job (some plumbing) and they were able to fit that in without issue (and at a fair price). I'd recommend this company.

Work was done well. The handyman Jeff showed attention to detail and even fixed my slamming storm door. My only complaint is that he's kind of expensive.

The job went awesome, they did a wonderful job on my patio door. The pricing were affordable and I will definitely hire them for my future projects that I'm looking to get done to my home. I love my new patio door.

Jeff did a great job on our shower, he was very punctual and professional. He was patient with any questions we had. He also did some additional minor repairs that saved us trying to do them which may have taken a while. We would definitely recommend TCH to our friends and family. Very reasonably priced too. I had outlets put in my kitchen, polarity issues fixed throughout the house, and a light fixture changed. The team at Twin Cities Handyman were extremely flexible and responsive. Their estimate came out to be exactly how much I ended up paying, and they were much more affordable than other quotes I received. I would definitely hire again.

Services were performed well and issues were dealt with promptly. Beyond that, the tech’s professionalism was top notch. My children ( 5, 10 and under) enjoyed asking questions and the techs took time to answer them and made them feel just as important as Mom and Dad. Techs also introduced themselves and walked through the install prior. We had a great experience and will both use again and recommend highly.

I am very pleased with the job that was done. Good workmanship and project was completed in the fashion requested.
