Response from Twin City Handyman LLC
[Member Name Removed], That is not the reason I said we would no longer communicate with you. Last month you sent us a quote request for work in your home. You requested a quote from photos/videos when I tried to set an appointment for you. I replied we could try to use photos to estimate the cost of your project and asked you to send the pictures directly to our email address. I never heard back from you until you once again requested a quote for the same work less than a month later. Again, I tried to set an appointment and you responded you would like to minimize contact and still wanted to do a video/photo quote. Then I happen to notice, both requests for the same specific work were for two different addresses. As any service business will tell you, we receive more than enough 'spam' requests on sites such as these. People asking for appointments/estimates for home renovations in what turns out to be empty lots, asking to schedule appointments for work that has already been performed years prior, homeowners who have no idea what or why we are showing up at their door, etc. From the lack of response I received from you last month regarding your estimate, and your insistence of not wanting a physical estimate, I felt this was another inquiry to waste our time. Especially since the project you had outlined would be too difficult to quote from pictures alone. I apologize if yours is in fact a legitimate request. But as I mentioned in the second request, the scope of work you are asking to be done would require an in-person evaluation for an accurate quote. We would still be willing to set that appointment if you so choose. Kathy Senne Twin City Handyman
