Description of Work: Contacted Darren about attaching the deck handrails to the house. While I couldn't reach him on the first call, he was quick to return my call and very helpful and knowledgeable with answering my questions. It was advised to not perform this service for a few reasons and since it was requested by the future buyers of our house, Darren even wrote me a letter indicating his advice for me to provide the future buyers - no charge. Even though he didn't perform work for us, I would contact him in the future.

Description of Work: Repair work on the roof and other areas of the outside of my home -- work was done exactly as requested, in a timely and efficient manner. I was very pleased. Not only was the work completed but I was given feedback which I really appreciated. I have a list and I fully intend to use them again.
