Trustworthy Glass

Pretty well. The only hick-up's weren't their fault (part of one edge wasn't polished) but they fixed it on site. I was impressed with the level of care for getting the measurements right, the opening was not square and an out of the box product would not have looked nearly as nice.

I had urgency to replace the window and they eagerly accomodated my urgen request. The process was quick, easy and much apprecaited. Great experience!

They were very prompt and finished exactly an hour after they were started, they were sensitive with putting slippers over their shoes, because i am trying to sell my house. They explained everything that were going to do.

I have used Trustworthy Glass multiple times. They always provide prompt service and are very professional. The quality of the replacement window was excellent. I needed a window on short notice and they came out right away to measure and got the window created and installed with lightning speed. I would definitely recommend Andy and his team. Went beautifully from beginning to end, with a lovely finished product and at a very fair price to boot.

The glass in one of the windows in a bedroom had a seal failure and was fogging up inside. Trustworthy Glass came out and took measurements, ordered new glass, and replaced the fogged glass. The whole process went very smoothly. It took about three weeks for the glass to come in, but I was told that it could take up to that amount of time up front. The cost was actually cheaper than what another company told me they would charge for the same service. I would use them again without hesitation.

Everything went like clockwork. Andy came out to the house to look at our needs two days after I called their office. He was prompt, explained what needed to be done and provided an estimate according to the window company's warranty rules. The estimate was prompt, glass and labor listed separately in an easily read manner for the window company. The estimate was best all around and approved by the window company prior to our hiring the company to do the work. An installation date/time was scheduled after the glass was received. Their office called the day before the install to confirm the date/time of install. Andy was prompt, personable, and professional when he explained what he was doing as well as our responsibilities to ensure continued defect free repair. He performed his work in a very neat, clean, and timely manner. We would definitely recommend Trustworthy Glass to our friends and family and hire them again in a heartbeat for our home glass needs.

Trustworthy Glass was great from the very start. I called to schedule an estimate on Friday and they were able to come the following Monday and my estimate was in my hands by Tuesday. Becky at the office was just great to talk to and work with throughout the process. Andy was prompt, friendly and professional. I was happy that he was able to replace the glass and hardware on my bay window.

Everything went smoothly from the time we received our estimates (we received three), through the ordering process and with the final installation. Of the three estimates we received Trustowrthy's was the lowest for what we decided we wanted by just a tiny bit. We felt comfortable with both companies that provided the two lowest estimates and the estimates were close enough that it was somewhat of a toss up. The deciding factor was the result of a question I posed to Trustworthy. We were somewhat unsure of what to do about a glass coating, whether or not to included that in our order. Reading reviews and forums on the internet it was apparent that there was really no strong consensus as to whether coatings worked or were worth the price, with in some cases strong contrary opinions. Of our three estimates, two included the optional coatings (which were not cheap) with both company representatives saying it was really something that we should have on our glass to protect the investment. Trustworthy did not include the option. When I emailed them I asked whether they offered a coating. The answer was yes, but it was their policy not to include the option in a bid unless the buyer specifically asked about it. When I asked their opinions on coatings they said: "Our thoughts on the clearshield are varied also. It is a product we only offer if people ask about it. We have never had anyone complain about getting it, on the other hand we haven't had anyone say they wish they would of. My wife and I were talking this weekend that if we were to install a shower door we would get clearshield. Our water is well water with a lot of iron. One thing that concerns me is that it seems that the warranty has limitations. It seems almost that they can find a way to not warranty the glass, I have no first hand experience of this happening, just a concern." The above answer reflected well what we were able to glean from our own research on the Internet and seemed honest. They weren't against it, necessarily, nor were they for it as a magical end all. In an age when people are trying to squeeze every last sale out of you, I found Trustworthy's candor quite refreshing. In the end, we passed on the coating. But we did order the shower door through Trustworthy. Installation was smooth and the door looks great. We are pleased and recommend Trustworthy.

It went GREAT!! From my initial call to Becky, to the time Andy Sr. and Andy Jr. left the installation process, all was perfect. I appreciated Andy Jr. initially giving me a very accurate 'estimate' over the phone. As soon as the ceramic work was completed (by another contractor), Andy Sr. came out and measured very accurately - especially considering that one wall was "out of plumb" by appr. 5/8" over 6'. The final cost was very close to the original estimation. This family owned run business truly knows what Customer Service is all about. The installation process was very interesting watching real craftsman 'do their thing'. Between the Customer Service, cost, timely installation, and great workmanship, I can't imagine a better Contractor. I would HIGHLY recommend Trustworthy Glass for all your glass needs.

The glass above our front door had a big crack in it and needed replacing. We were very happy that we had contacted Trustworthy Glass to do this repair for us. They did excellent work and they were very easy to do business with. If we need any more glass repairs in the future, this is who we will contact. I highly recommend this company!

The level of professionalism and patience with my selection process was terrific! I had an idea what I wanted but couldn't find "just the right one" and had even more challenge finding a quality installer. After a search far and wide, I was glad to find this company. Everyone was exemplary in their attitude of service and accuracy. They listened to what I wanted and found just the right door. Went well. One installer for entire job that was split into two separate days. twenty three glass windows were replaced since they were "fogged". Although the installer required a jump start of his work vehicle before leaving and the broken glass pieces left on driveway, it was a well done job.

Excellent service, very happy with the quality of the work and the price. We are moving to a new home which has a couple of windows that need new glass and I will definitely be calling Trustworthy to repair those windows as well.

I can't say enough good things about Trustworthy Glass and the service they provided us. The exterior pane of the transom window above our home's front door shattered overnight. While the interior pane was intact, the chards of glass were hanging precariously over the front door, creating a hazard for anyone that came to the door. We searched Angie's List for highly rated glass companies that could address the issue same day. Two of the companies we called were not available to come out for two days. When I reached Trustworthy Glass (a family owned and operated company) I was told that they could have a crew out in just a few hours. They arrived exactly on time, reviewed the situation, cleaned up the broken glass, cut out the glass chards that hung overhead, and made sure the window was secure before leaving. They indicated it would take about two weeks for the new window to arrive. The same day the crew was out for measurements, someone from the office called to let me know the order had been placed and scheduled an appointment for installation two weeks later. When the day came for installation, the crew arrived exactly on time and the work was completed in about 75 minutes. Everyone associated with this company was professional, highly responsive, and timely. We are very happy to have found Trustworthy Glass and will keep their number handy for any future needs!

From start to finish, my whole experience was excellent. Everyone I spoke with along the process was great, especially the extremely nice gal who runs the office. My shower looks great!

They replied very quickly to me inquiry. Andy was able to get over within a couple of days to look and get us an estimate. He was then able to come over within one week of that to do the work. We got estimates from 2 other companies who quoted us much higher. Andy was punctual and did a great job. We would definitely hire Trustworthy again.

It went great. When he came for the estimate, he was right on time and was friendly and gave good advice on what we could do to fix the windows. Installation was just as smooth and the results look great. I'll be using them again any time I have a glass/window need.

They came out the next day to estimate the work and provided an estimate that was lower than any of their competition. They also quoted a timeframe of four weeks for the replacement glass to come from the factory but got the glass in in just two weeks. They made an appointment to install it and they were on time and very respectful of my home. The work was Superior and I am not able to see any sign that any work has ever been done to the window. They were pleasant and professional and I will use them the next time I have any glass work that needs to be done.

They were prompt in coming to give an estimate that was reasonable. I waited three and a half months before I contacted them again wanting to know if the estimate was still good. It was still good so I proceeded having them order the glass. It took less time than the 3 weeks that they had estimated it would be ready. They were prompt in scheduling an appointmet to install the double glass window. Installer was careful, professional, and friendly. I love my new unspotted window.
