Andy seems to know what he's doing with windows and glass. He is reliable and very polite and nice. We've had him twice at our home to repair window-related issues. I would recommend him. He was actually recommended to us by our realtor.

I called Trustworthy Glass and Andy answered immediately. We arranged a visit so he could see the glass/window repair work that needed to be done and give me an estimate (all free of charge). Once I agreed to the estimate, Andy scheduled a visit within the week. He and his son showed-up on time, were extremely professional, and did a solid job. I admittedly don't know much about glasswork, but the replaced window panes appear to be well installed and the caulk work was even nicer than my originals. Great service, fair price, and friendly folks. Happy to do business with them again.

He replaced the glass in about 5 of our windows. He was done in about 30 minutes. The windows have held up perfectly through the winter. We didn't want to buy all new windows, but we wanted the cracked glass replaced before winter. Perfect & a great price!

I called a few other Angie's List "A" players and they either wouldn't come out and look at the window or they wanted me to bring in the window frame...BUT they were more than happy to come out to the house and replace the complete window! Not only was Andy of Trustworthy Glass at the house the day after I first called him, but his estimate was very reasonable and he was at the house the next week with glass on hand for the install. The caulking and repair looked great! He may be a small company but he is very responsive, fast, and does a nice job.

Communication was great. He was right on time for the estimate (which was free) and for the repair. He made clear that he couldn't guarantee that the fix would work, which is understandable, since the window system is over 25 years old. But so far it's been just fine. I would not hesitate to call on Andy again for window/glass repairs.

I had called several companies, but none of them could come out to my house for several days in order to give me an estimate. Andy arrived just a couple of hours after I called him and gave me a great price. He immediately ordered the glass and installed it within a week. He did a super job replacing the window panes, and he was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend him, and I would definitely hire him again. Great experience.

Did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable. He had to get a special window by special order and took care of all that. He was very prompt and thorough.
