Description of Work: This service was provided by Andy Lange Jr of Trustworthy Glass. The service was timely, friendly and absolutely professionally.

Description of Work: I contacted the company about having some glass replied. She said I'd get a call back later in the afternoon. I finally heard back from them 2 1/2 weeks later. Okay, so that happens. I scheduled an appointment for them to provide an estimate. They scheduled for between 1130 and 1230. Nice big window to get there on time. I took off early from work to be home. Guess what?? No one shows up or calls to let me know they are running late. What a bunch of flakes! Are they the only ones working?? I called them, they called me back to say they could be out here 2 or 215, I don't think they really had me marked down in their schedule, because when I answered, the guy acted surprised by my having an appointment. Forget it, they already showed their lack of interest in getting new work. I will spend my money with people who really want it. She was apologetic, but come on, talk is cheap.

Description of Work: Replaced window glass on 9 windows that were fogged. Very prompt, efficient. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced our stall shower door (24 inches by 76 inches). Installed the price was less and quality just as high as all the other options I looked at. Would hire again. Service was fast, high quality all around.

Description of Work: They replaced a double-pane which had lost its seal and had moisture between the panes. A live person answered the phone! A technician came out promptly to do the estimate, and installed the window a short time later. |It was a very good experience!

Description of Work: Andy replaced our master bath shower enclosure. He did an excellent job and we would contract him whenever the need arises.

Description of Work: They replaced a few panes in our storm windows. They were very kind and affordable. They were easy to work with and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I called Andy about getting some safety film put on two sash, to bring them up to code. He checked prices, called me back and we set up an appointment. He did exactly as he said he would, when he said he would and for the price he said he would. I wish I could give him better than an A for professionalism. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Description of Work: I am having Trustworthy replace a 5' window over our entry door. They have not completed the job as they are waiting for the glass to arrive. So far they have been great.

Description of Work: We had a 3-window unit (2 casement windows and a fixed window, each pane was 51x19") where the glass in all three panes had a broken seal. We considered replacing the entire window, but the frame was in great shape. We received a quote from Trustworthy Glass, and just to be sure of the value, called another contractor for a rough estimate. Their rough estimate was nearly double the estimate we received from Trustworthy Glass, so we accepted the estimate. It took about one week for the glass to come in, at which time Andy called to setup an install time. They arrived exactly on time for the install, and it took just as long as they promised. Both father and son are very polite and professional. We would recommend Trustworthy Glass for any engagement.

Description of Work: We first called Trustworthy Glass to replace about 10 cracked windows in our old home. We did not want to purchase new windows, but improve the old ones we had. Not only did Andy Sr. and Andy Jr. both come out to our house for free to do an estimate, they came back and had the entire project done in an afternoon. We had them replace all of the cracked window panes as well as replace the broken cords on the windows. We were very happy with their work, their price, and they are both genuinely nice people. Several weeks after we had our windows replaced, we discovered the hard way that the panes in our old french door were not "safety" glass. Our little boy fell against the glass and broke it. He had lacerations on his head that required stitches. I called Andy right away and they replaced the glass in the french door with glass that won't shatter, if and when our adventurous little boy decides to tackle it again. They had a full schedule, but worked into the evening hours to get the glass replaced the night before Thanksgiving. We will automatically call the Andy's if we have any window/glass needs in the future!

Description of Work: Called Andy and set up a time to come out and measure for new bathroom mirror. He showed on time. Within a week he called back to set a time and date to install. I was very happy with this glass service. Great price.They are hard to come by. They are local whichis a big plus in my book. I have already hired them to install mirror in the basement.

Description of Work: The glass on our skylight had lost it's seal and was foggy. Trustworthy came out, assessed the problem and ordered the correct glass that was needed. They returned when the glass order came in, got on the roof to remove the old glass and replace it with new. We received a call from Trustworthy several days after the install. They were inquiring on the seal of the window after a rain storm. They did a great job with the window and we were impressed with the follow-up.
