We were extremely pleased with Stu throughout the entire process. We spoke to several other contractors before deciding to go with Stu's company. We chose him because his professionalism and experience showed almost right away. There was an element of insurance coverage involved on the siding and Stu did an outstanding job working with the adjuster. His crews worked hard throughout all phases- from when they first arrived until the last nail was picked up. My wife and I had a lot of questions as we worked through everything from color schemes, types of windows/doors, all the way to high level insurance claim questions. Not only was Stu responsive and available for these questions, but we were never left feeling/thinking we asked a silly question. More rotten wood than would normally would have been expected was uncovered, and also extra steps needed to be taken to properly reflash our chimney area - Stu always seemed to have the talent on-site to handle these challenges. As our exterior project grew to include windows/doors and gutters, Stu kept us apprised on our spending and helped us work through the remaining budget to ensure we were comfortable with add-ons as we went. This approach kept us comfortable throughout the whole process. This was our first big project and we had heard horror stories of some contractors not delivering. We could not have asked for better than Stu did for us.
