This was my first experience with this company.

It took an hour for the work to be completed. The workers are great. They could work on my steering, suspension and brakes in the future.

The tire was too damaged for repair so they replaced with a discount because they sold the tire. They attempted to repair the valve stem but it to was damaged.

I brought my car in on 6/20/13. I did not have an appointment and I needed new tires. The man at the counter told me they could put some on, but if I wanted the same tires I currently have, they would have to be ordered. This was not a problem, as I do not expect the business to have every tire in stock. He told me he would order them and told me I could make an appointment for the next week to get the tires put on. i dropped my car off on my appointment date and time (6/27/13) at 8 am. When I dropped my car off, there was a different person behind the desk. She checked me in, and told me she didn't see my tires in. This surprised me because I thought they were ordered a week ago. I told her I was surprised. She said "oh, they might be back there and just didn't get checked in." i did not hear from them all day. I called at 6:30 and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally, someone picked up. Apparently, they still didn't have my tires. He told me he just checking on one extra thing about getting the tires from someone else, and he would call me right back. 45 minutes later, I called. Still no tires. My car sat at Tires Plus for almost 12 hours and they did nothing. Perhaps if they were having trouble getting my tires and let me know, I could have rescheduled the date when I dropped off my car. They didn't do this. Instead, they kept my car sitting in the lot stranding me at home. I guess if you give Tires Plus a week notice, they still can't get your tires.

On a snowy day in April I had a flat tire. I went to Tires Plus, they were very busy, but offered to stay late to repair my tire. I walked home, and when they were do ne they came to pick me up from home. All staff were very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend, excellent customer service!

Front strut broke and punctured front tire, they got us in right away. I was able to negotiate the price a little (free oil change). They performed the work that day and I had my car back by evening. They are very good about calling with estimates before beginning work, as well they are also very good at calling when the vehicle is ready.

They have always been helpful and courteous. I have gotten estimates and they have been accurate. They showed me what the issue was and told me what they needed to do to fix it. I like being able to really see what is going on rather than having someone just describe it. The prices are comparable to other service providers and the car has been ready when promised. Many times I have been able to get the issue fixed immediately or have schedule a time at my convenience when a long appointment was needed. I have had no problems after the service was completed. The hours of service are good and allow evening and weekend options. The fact that they are located within walking distance and at a bus stop is a plus so I don't have to deal with getting a ride or loaner cars.

Mechanics that had performed maintenance at another shop reported that a nail in one tire was causing a small leak. I decided the tires needed replacement and went to Tires Plus for new tires. The new tires were priced well and they did a good job of installing them. But then, the salesman advised that my rear brakes weren't working, and as a result the front brakes had severely overheated and I would need new pads and rotors, as well as getting the rear brakes fixed. It seemed strange that I wouldn't have noticed, and also that the mechanics at the other shop hadn't noticed it. Suspicious, I went to a third shop and had them inspect the brakes. They reported that the front and rear brakes were fine and were mystified about the previous diagnosis. When I contacted Tires Plus (Mr. Donovan, General Manager), he didn't seem particularly surprised, saying only "we can look at it again". Summary: Tires Plus is very good for tires, but any attempts to sell other "needed" services should be treated with suspicion.

I took my car in on December 28th to get the alignment checked because it was pulling to the right. I was told that the alignment could not be checked because all 4 tires were separated, meaning I would need to buy 4 new tires. I was a little apprehensive that all 4 tires were separated and expressed concern that the car was old, beat up and had a lot of mileage, so I did not know if it was worthy of the expense of new tires, particularly if that did not fix the problem. I reluctantly agreed asking that they use the cheapest tires available. The salesperson said the tires would not come in until the afternoon of Dec. 30th. I said I was in no hurry. They tried to call me on 12/31, but I was unavailable. I called after the New Year's holiday on 1/2 and was told that the car also had a broken tie rod necessitating yet an additional expense. I wasn't sure that I wanted to put yet more money into the car, plus I was now skeptical that the old tires were even the cause of the problem. So I asked them to put back the old tires because I wanted to think about it. They said they could not because they had already sent the old tires away for recycling. Consequently, I felt like I was stuck with the extra expense of fixing the tie rod and could not explore my options. I wish that they would have given me a full report of all repairs rather than piecemealing it, particularly since I had expressed concern over how much I wanted to spend to fix this old car. I also feel that my old tires should have been retained until I had paid for and was satisfied with all service and product purchased.

We had a battery that was dead and the guy that we called was actually having a management meeting and was supposed to close early that day. He actually stepped out of the meeting and to replace the battery and answered a bunch of questions we had and that as good service.

They were fine. They were above average. They were really good. They were professional. They did a fine job. One lady working there has received 6 awards in the past. For several years, they had her up there pretty prominently. I am told that she knows her stuff. I was impressed because, generally speaking, it is not usually a woman’s field. She knew what she was talking about. It was awesome. So far, the quality has been good. It is like I am always waiting for something to break. They did quality work. We had had some work done out-of-paid and the warranty and service coverage suggested that we go there. We went there because we had to but I would use them again.

Good. I was thankful they found me a good used option.

The workers at Tires Plus did a good job. They had me come back to double check they did the job well and I appreciate that. I found them very professional. Their availability is great.

I had two tires replaced on the rear of my car at a cost of $165 a piece with all the fees added etc. They did not have these in stock and said they could order them and have them the same day, which they did. Once they received them they called me and said they received them and were ready to install. I rushed over and then waited 2 1/2 hours until they put on my tires!!! Another company's total price for tires and install was $126/tire, but I would have had to wait several days until the tire arrived.

Tire rotation and balance for the life of the tires were included at no charge when I originally purchased the tires. I called the day I wanted to have the work done to see how busy the schedule was and arrived later that day. There was work being done on several other cars so i had to wait about 1 1/2 to 2 hours for the tire rotation to be completed. Staff were friendly and courteous and did the work in a short time once they completed work on other vehicles.

I was very disappointed with the service salesperson. He was quite dismissive with me when I asked a question and didn't go out of his way to help me make a good choice. He was not busy at the time. He told me the car would be done in an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later I called and he said, "Oh, yeah, another 20 minutes." I rode my bike to the shop and when he came out to get a tire from the trunk (he neglected to tell me I'd need a rim to use the old tire as a spare) I had the trunk open and my bike there. He could clearly see that I needed to put the bike in the trunk, but he did not offer to help me at all. I'm 67 years old and could have used a hand. This experience was in contrast to the excellent emergency service I got recently at Firestone in St. Cloud.

TIRES+ ADVERTISED FREE MOUNTING, LIFETIME ROTATIONS AND FLAT REPAIR SO I CHOSE THEM. DROPPED OFF AT 7:30AM, WAITED ABOUT 15 MINUTES. I PICKED UP MY CAR THAT EVENING ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE WERE TO CLOSE. I WAITED ABOUT 20 MINUTES. WHEN I GOT TO THE COUNTER AND THEY PULLED MY PAPERWORK A CALL CAME IN GIVING ME 10 MINUTES TO READ IT. IT WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED AND HAD A $25 TIRE PROTECTION CHARGE ON IT. WHEN HE RUNG ME UP THE PRICE HAD JUMPED ANOTHER $60 FROM WHAT THE PAPER I REVIEWED STATED. WHEN I ASKED, HE SAID THEY DID AN ALLIGNMENT AND THAT WAS THE CHARGE. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT AND MADE HIM REMOVE IT, I ALSO ASKED WHAT THE TIRE PROTECTION PLAN WAS. HE GLOSSED OVER SO I TOLD HIM I DID NOT WHAT THAT EITHER. HE WAS UPSET THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE HIDDEN CHARGES THAT MORNING BY THE MANAGER AND UNHAPPILY REMOVED THEM. UNDER HIS BREATH HE SAID THAT I WOULD NOT GET THE ROTATION OR FLAT REPAIR WITHOUT THE TIRE PLAN (BOTH ADVERTISED AS FREE IN THE AD).

THEY WERE FRIENDLY, QUICK AND CONVENIENT, WHICH WAS GREAT ON A SUNDAY MORNING!

THEY WERE ABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK THE SAME DAY EVEN THOUGH I CALLED LATE IN THE AFTERNOON. THERE WAS A DELAY IN PICKING UP THE CAR AS THEY INITIALLY PUT ON THE WRONG TIRES, THEN CHANGED THEM TO THE TIRES I ORDERED.

I PRICE SHOPPED AT SEVERAL PLACES, INCLUDING EXCLUSIVE TIRE STORES, AN INDEPENDENT SERVICE STATION, AND AUTO SERVICE ASSOCIATED WITH LARGE RETAIL STORES. EACH PERSON AT THE TIRES PLUS LOCATION I TALKED WITH WAS COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO ORDER THE SPECIFIC TIRE BRAND I REQUESTED AND MATCHED THE LOWEST PRICE I HAD BEEN QUOTED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY CALLED ME RIGHT AWAY WHEN THE TIRES WERE IN AND INSTALLED THEM QUICKLY, ALSO ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.

THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TIRES WE NEEDED AVAILABLE, SO WE DID NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. THEY GAVE INFORMATION PROFESSIONALLY AND WILLINGLY.

I CALLED LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN TIRE, THEY DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK BUT CALLED ME BACK SHORTLY SAYING THEY WOULD HAVE THEM THERE IN A COUPLE HOURS
