+ -1 moreIt was a good store. They provided personal help in the store. They ordered some stuff for us and when we did not use some of the products, they took it back gladly. The service went excellent. It was more the quality of the product that we were looking for.
Description of Work: We have used The Tile Shop. They did not do any of it. We just went to their store and bought stuff.

+ -1 moreI worked with Wayne, who was very helpful in helping me pick out the color combinations and the type of tile. I compared their prices to other places and for a tile store their prices were reasonable, plus they didn't have to special order the tile like other places I had checked out.
Description of Work: We purchased tile the kitchen floor, bathroom floor, and the shower.

+ -1 moreTim at The Tile Shop in Woodbury provided excellent customer service to me while I was shopping for floor tile for our bathroom. He had great ideas and presented several options without any of the sales pressure I experienced at some other tile stores. Even though the store didn't end up having what we needed for this project, Tim could not have been more helpful. We will definitely consider The Tile Shop in Woodbury for future projects.
