THE MAYTAG STORE

The appliance has been perfect. I am very happy with it and it is performing to my satisfaction. It is a good price and I'm getting my money's worth on this one. When they bought the dryer, they accidentally grabbed the wrong dryer. When it was delivered, I told them that was not the dryer I had bought. They checked it and called the office. They told them they had the wrong dryer in the right box. The manager and another guy drove out the the warehouse. They picked up the right one and brought it over. They went our of their way.

I have called Kevin (whom I bought it from) and they will not back it up. I have requested a different unit, as this one obviously has problems. I was also planning to buy a washer and dryer, but will not purchase anything from them again. They were out the sixth time and the handle is loose already. They are scheduled to come out in a week to try something else.

Had a great experience. They answered all questions we had. Very informative. In the past, purchased dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave when remodeling our kitchen. This is a family run business that cares about its customers.

After a very bad experience purchasing several major appliances from Sears, I shopped several alternatives including Home Depot, Appliance Smart, and Warners Stellian to find a new dishwasher. The folks at the Maytag Store were very helpful. I thought the whole "try it before you buy it" thing was kind of gimmicky, but it was actually helpful to hear how loud the machines sounded when running and see them in use. Granted, you can't compare Maytag's brands to others at this store, but they did have more selection than one might expect. Pricing was very competitive, too. We installed it ourselves, so I can't rate their installation service, but they do provide that as well. They had our machine in stock, and we were on our way in no time.
