Thank you for your kind review. In response to the lawn not being lush yet. This year had a wide range of weather issues including drought. You have many trees and based on the lot layout I would say it is very difficult to keep up with sufficient watering to take care of both the trees and lawns water needs with a hose. According to our records you do not have an irrigation system. We do install Hunter irrigation systems and would like to give you a free quote just so you have an idea of the cost involved for future reference. Watering is a key component to any lawn and would improve property value and aid in our programs effectiveness. I see we over seeded your lawn in September which should be coming up now and that will help out greatly for next spring. I would still advise liming which you did do this spring as the sap from your tree canopy will continuously lower pH and the lime will aid in keeping that in check. The representative didn't care.
Description of Work: They sent a flyer that stated $149 for 2,000 square feet. We have a very small yard. After they looked up our lot on a search engine, the proceeded to quote us $199.

AFTER REVIEWING THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT I REVIEWED THE ACCOUNT AND THESE ARE THE NOTES IN THE FILE. 04/12/2008 EDITED RECORD 12:45 P.M. BY TIMOTHY DENT CUSTOMER CALLED ABOUT A RENO. GAVE LAWN SIZE AND CUSTOMER HUNGUP AFTER STATING THAT HIS LAWN WAS NOT THAT BIG. I HAVE A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THIS. THE FIRST BEING THE CONVERSATION DID NOT GO AS HE REPRESENTED. HE HUNG UP ON HIM BEFORE HE COMPLETED THE CONVERSATION. THE SECOND IS TIM IS A VERY GOOD AND THOUGHTFUL EMPLOYEE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN BUILDING LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS. WHAT TIM DID WAS LOOK UP THE LAWN SIZE ON GOOGLE AND GAVE HIM AN ESTIMATE BASED ON THAT NUMBER. WE MODIFY IT WHEN THE SERVICE IS BEING COMPLETED AND ADJUST THE PRICE LOWER IF THE LAWN IS SMALLER. WE ONLY GROW IF WE BUILD A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP BASED ON TRUST. THIS INDIVIDUAL DID NOT ALLOW US THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROVE OURSELVES AND I ASK HIM TO CALL US "TIM" AND TRY THIS AGAIN.
