THE BLIND GUYS

Excellent! Called and the person that answered the phone was cheerful and accomodating. Andy and his assistant came today and checked all the blinds in our sun room. We purchased the home in 2017 and the blinds had been installed in the late 1990s. Two of the larger blinds needed their strings replaced. Andy checked all the blinds and replaced the broken strings on the two that were broken. They were polite, professional and a pleasure to have in our 'new' home. Would absolutely recommend this company!

It went very well. I am thoroughly delighted with the results. From the very beginning, the owner and his assistant was very pleasant. They came out and did measurements, offered suggestions and did everything perfectly.

I went to them. from the first contact I sensed a company that did not only sell products but offered great customer service. My parts were under five dollars but was treated as if it was five hundred dollars. It has been a long time since I have felt this type of genuine customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were fine with the initial install but slow in correcting a mis-measurement.

This is a low overhead, no sales pressure, friendly, small business that sells, installs and repairs window treatments. We had tried several window consultants before calling Andy the owner to give us a price. We used this company before for repairs but had not thought of them for new treatments. We are glad we double-checked, they beat everyone on price substantially and provide free installation. We discussed our choices and options with them and they gave us advice and suggestions that comes from their experience in repairs of window treatments, we ended up changing our options based on their advice and were so pleased with the results. We have had a portion of our treatments replaced and will have the Blind Guys complete the rest of our home in the next few months as budget permits.

We were happy with the service. They were very prompt. They were easy to contact and set up an appointment time for them to come. They worked around our schedule.

GAVE PRECISE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE AND PERFORMED THE SERVICE PROFESSIONALLY AND PROMPTLY. IT WAS DONE WHEN PROMISED. I BROUGHT THE SHADE IN AND PICKED IT UP.

I ORDERED (AND WAS CHARGED FOR) POWER RISE SHADES FOR TWO WINDOWS, BUT REGULAR CORDED SHADES WERE ORDERED. THE INCORRECT SHADES WERE PICKED UP RIGHT AWAY (ALTHOUGH I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL THEM AS THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW UP). I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE SHADES AND THE INSTALLATION, BUT I NEVER DID GET AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR SCREW-UP--ONLY FOR THE DELAY.

THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN OTHERS THAT WE CONTACTED, BUT ANDY MORE THAN MADE UP FOR IT BY COMING OUT TWICE TO ASSURE US OF OUR SELECTION AND PROPER MEASUREMENTS. AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
