Working with Billy at Superior Classic was a great experience. I had a relatively minor patch job done on a leaking membrane roof. Billy came out, took pictures, walked me through where he thought the roof needed work and gave me a straight forward assessment of what he thought would be the best value. We discussed on a Tuesday and they were out to do the work Thursday. This was an unexpectedly fast turnaround, but the flexibility to fit a minor job into their schedule was greatly appreciated! For any future work I will definitely be starting first with Superior Classic.

This was a great team! Billy explained everything well and answered questions / texts promptly. The crew did excellent, fast work. I am very impressed. Worksite was always cleaned up daily and the whole operation ran so smoothly (while I was working at home during the pandemic) I barely noticed. Thanks everyone!

Showed up on time, took their time to do a great job, took care to move anything that could get damaged and did a thorough cleanup. The end result looks fantastic.

The team at Superior Classic was great! I asked for a quote on my flat roof through Home Adviser and they were the first to respond. The sales rep Billy was over at my place in days and provided a quote shortly after that. During the quote process, they were great at getting back to me with any question I had, and I had A LOT. I was pleasantly surprised when their PVC flat roof product came back at a better rate than the EPDM product quoted by the other companies. Billy was open that it would be ~4 weeks before they could get the product from the manufacturer and finished up other jobs they had on the books. He was very responsive as I asked for updated during this time. Finally, when it came to putting the roof on, the crew was great. If it wasn't for the pounding, I wouldn't have even known they were here. Billy kept me up to date on the progress throughout the 2 and a half days they were there. He also came back out to show me some pictures of the process and talk me through any maintenance items I needed to know. I would definitely recommend Billy and the Superior Classic roofing team!

My flat roof was in really bad shape last year, and I had many quotes from multiple companies to fix it, but Superior Classics not only had the best price, but Billy actually took the time to explain to me what they were going to do, versus just pressuring me to sign a contract like these other companies. They did a great job getting my roof installed quickly before it got really cold for the winter. My only complaint was that the materials for the project took a little bit longer than expected to get ordered, but otherwise I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof done!

Everyone I came in contact with was great in all aspects. They put in a 12 hour day the first day just to make sure the roof was water tight in case it rained the next day. No complaints it was all good.

They are by far one of the best people to deal with. They cater to your needs and the quality vs. the price is excellent.
