It was excellent, Tim and I spoke regarding my dying tree. He stopped out and wrote up a quote on the removal of the tree. Once I accepted the quote he scheduled a day for removal. They arrived when expected and did an excellent and careful job removing and cleaning up the tree mess. Tim is very polite and professional. I will hire him again for my tree needs.
