She shared a lot of her knowledge of the real estate, business, including expertise on short sales and foreclosures with me. She was an advocate for me through the process of purchasing three different properties. She responded to feedback on types of houses I wanted to see and adjusted her search based on that. Investing in real estate was a new thing for me, so I appreciated having a seasoned professional to work with.
Description of Work: Sue walked me through the selection and purchase of 3 different investment properties.
