+ -1 moreI signed the contract and sent a deposit of $1150.00. I was promised the work would commence immediately. 7 days later I received a phone call stating that the work would begin the next morning. No one showed up the next day. I finally received a phone call late in the evening explaining that the person had needed to renew their driver license and was unable to show up or even call to say they wouldn't show up. A new promise was made to begin work the following day. I am reluctant to believe this. This work is temperature sensitive, and I fear it has gotten too cold to complete the project. 2 weeks later the work was begun. I am satisfied with the results.
