The experience was horrible. We personally picked out an expensive piece of granite and when they brought the piece, it broke right away and they had to remake it four times. It kept breaking and they tried to get us to accept it with some bad seams. We all decided we should make an additional cut so it would go in without breaking and we were fine with that. Then it broke again and they tried to get us to keep it with a crack at the sink. Finally they acted like we were wrong for wanting a piece of granite without a crack in it. They finally replaced it with some intervention from the tile person who was a family friend that had recommended them. One piece actually turned out really well, but it should have been completed in May and it took months and months. We had to keep running and picking out new pieces of granite because it kept breaking. The selection was running out and it was like our second or third choice. It was poorly done and poorly handled. Phone calls went unanswered. It was completely unprofessional. We had done the whole kitchen ourselves and the one thing that we hired out was a disaster. They didn?t even offer any compensation for the trouble. They also put some marble windowsills in and hacked up the wood along the edges and they acted like it wasn?t any big deal. We accidentally broke one and they were supposed to come back and finish it and they never did. They acted like it was our fault that these pieces of granite kept breaking. Twice they broke them bringing them off the truck. The work is fine now and they did a nice job with a complicated edge.
