I bought a HUD house that needed gutting of the bathroom and the kitchen. The house was built in 1927 and has had additions and changes over the years. There was water damage in the bathroom ceiling and the kitchen was dirty and small. Steve tore the bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the walls and ceiling and put in tile around the tub and on the floor. It's beautiful. He replaced the kitchen wall with a peninsula between the kitchen and dining room, opening up the space giving it a great feel. He installed cabinets and trim. Steve has years of experience and has helpful ideas about how to solve problems. He is easy to work with, knowledgable, and does great work. I have used him before and will continue to use him for remodeling and handyman work.
